Didn't think a little shop tucked away at the corner of a grocery store would be making some of the best Banh Mi's in the city. Was doing some groceries at Ample and was craving a banh mi so I thought I'd give it a try. Banh mis here are fantastic, crusty bread, generous portions of meat, and the bo and pate ratio is perfect. Hidden gem for sure.

I was shopping here and wanted to grab a bite to eat. I saw this place and they had bahn mi. Im so glad I ordered from here. It was DELICIOUS! I asked for spice and they put chopped red chilies instead of sriracha which is what i wanted. It was big too! Great value for money. I would buy from here again. The ingredients were fresh. The bread was soft. The toppings were 😍. Unfortunately i forgot to take a pic.

I've only ordered on UberEats and I usually don't write reviews but I think for this one I have to. The quality of their food is great, and whenever I crave Viet now this is my go-to restaurant to order on the app. I'm eating their sticky rice right now, and it's really really good. The sticky rice is perfectly soft but not mushy at all, the toppings are all delicious, and all the portion is really decent especially with such a reasonable price. Their other dishes are good too: I like the broth of their Chicken Pho, the Bun Bo Hue and the Beef Pho are all really well-made, all of them full of toppings. The Bun Rieu is a bit sweet for my personal taste, I guess it's because I'm Northern, but overall it's also great. I've been in Toronto for 3 months, so far this has been my favorite Viet restaurant. Keep it up guys! I hope your business flourishes, though i really hope you don't raise the prices of your items because I'm really enjoying these prices lol

Love their banh mi and sticky rice!! The service is quick and the staff is very nice! I love the Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue too and it has been my favourite!

The pho has really good flavour. There are an abundance amount of meat. The grilled beef banh mi is my favourite. Their special dishes such as bun Bo hue is delicious. Great food for fast food.

I visit Ginger Ample twice a week for Pho. Besides the Pho, the Banh Mi and Bun Bo Hue here are also absolutely delicious.

The bread is perfectly crispy, and the fillings are fresh and flavorful. I tried the grilled beef banh mi, and it was delicious. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal! 10/10
