I recently visited Pho Com Tam 168 and had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately, which was a pleasant surprise given the popularity of the place. The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The portion sizes were just right, generous enough to feel satisfied but not overly so. Considering the quality and taste, the prices were very reasonable. The service throughout our meal was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Our food was served promptly, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Pho Com Tam 168 to anyone in the area, especially after a day of shopping. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant dining environment makes it a must-visit. I will definitely be returning to enjoy more of their delightful offerings!

Very different from what I’m used to because they prepare shrimp in different way (where they mash it or blend it and form squares) but other than that the food was decent but a little over priced. I ordered shrimp rolls and chicken wings as appetizers & beef stir fry as my main course and my company had fried shrimp with chicken, rice and an egg. She said her dish was 3.5/5 & I would say 4/5 but the shrimp was 1/5. I spent 93$ on everything including 3 drinks.

Decent vermicelli with grilled pork and pho. Will return if I'm in the area again.

This usually is our favourite Vietnamese 168 pho restaurant, located in downtown right next to Gerard Square which allows you to park free in the mall However after years coming to this restaurant I felt like they are one of many pro pandemic business, surviving to stay so they did not increase the price but reduced the portion Ordered the same noodle soup Bun Bo Hue tonight and there, it only gives me around 5~6 bites, then that’s it. Flavour is still tasty though. By the way, stay away from their congee since they are not the ones who knows better than the Cantonese

Our family recently went back to Pho Com Tam 168 and as always the food was amazing. We ordered their signature House Special Beef Rice Noodle Soup (ie Pho PH01) as well as their Rare Beef Rice Noodle Soup (PH02) along with the mandatory small side dish of deep fried pork spring rolls (K08). Featured in the images are regular size bowls with fresh noodles ($14 + 50 cents each for fresh noodles* *more to follow on this, see below). Time stands still when we eat these dishes because they always taste as you'd expect them to. The pho is rich, savory, and heartwarming with the classic Vietnamese aromatics. The pork spring rolls are crispy and have the perfect blend of pork, veggies, and vermicelli. To be clear, the food, service or atmosphere, it's all 5 stars! However, it will be important for customers to be aware of the more subtle changes that I'm sure are driven by the pandemic. When we used to go to Pho Com Tam 168, there was always the complimentary option to choose fresh noodles or dry noodles (that are cooked). Both are great but do have a slightly different mouth feel. If you decide to go with the fresh noodles, please know it's now an extra 50 cents (no longer complimentary). The restaurant also used to serve their noodle soups in small, medium and large. Small is no longer available. If you'd like a take-home container for your leftover, please know there will be a small charge for that as well. Where I give Pho Com Tam 168 credit is that all of these new changes are clearly listed and displayed on the standing table menu. Just make sure to have a good read so you're clear on these new changes. Overall, we would happily go back to Pho Com Tam 168. The food portions continue to be generous. We left with full bellies and smiles.

Tried this place for the first time last week and had to go back the next day it was so good.. This spot was almost instantly vaulted into my top 5 spicy (satay) pho spots in the GTA, among the ranks of Pho Metro (Warden/Law), Pho Linh (College/Dufferin) and Nam (Leslie/16th). There are 4 major criteria I judge satay pho by and this place nails them all: 1. Broth - Com Tam adds tomatoes and pineapples to their satay pho broth with is a welcomed addition. The broth is mouth-wateringly rich and flavourful with just the right amount of heat. 2. Meat - the rare beef is tender and tasty as well. There weren’t any rubbery pieces or questionable aspects. 3. Noodles - I’d give a 4/5 on their dry noodles. They’re very good, not amazing but not bad either. Good enough to support a 5/5 on the overall bowl. 4. Portions - I hate when I run out of meat before I finish my bowl. This place, like pho metro, is generous with the meat and noodle portions so you can indulge in meaty bites to your heart’s content. Prices are market rate (~$17 for a large bowl) and service is good. Restaurant was also clean and pretty average with other pho spots. In summary I’d highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back.

It is just OK. The food is not bad, but nothing special either. I have somewhat elevated standards for Asian food so I'm not likely to be back. Some positive things - the dining room is simple but good enough, they have free parking next to the restaurant, the service is quite quick.

The food was delicious and the service was great! We got their assorted appetizers, their beef and chicken was very juicy and the seasoning was perfect. Their pho was also delicious, we got their house special, a lot of food even for their regular size. Highly recommend this restaurant, the best pho place we have tried so far in Toronto.
