This place is a must go to if you’re in the Junction. This small Mom and Pop shop shares the love that they put into the food. So many things are delicious to name, the one thing that sticks out the most to me is their spring rolls.

Pho Cali is truly an underrated gem for pho lovers! The food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The pho had a wonderfully flavorful yet clean taste that really hit the spot. The portion size was perfect, and the dishes were prepared with great care. We tried the pho with rare beef and beef balls, while my partner ordered the vermicelli with grilled beef and a spring roll. Both meals were fantastic and arrived quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized, adding to the overall great experience. At $17 per bowl, it’s slightly on the pricier side, but the quality of the meal made it worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend Pho Cali to anyone craving a great bowl of pho, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the rare beef and brisket were perfect - absolutely spot on. There was a bit of a mix-up with the spring rolls. I was expecting the ones from the picture, which are the shrimp and pork rolls. It turns out that if you order vegetarian or shrimp spring rolls, they come more in the Thai style. They were still delicious, but now I know to order differently next time!

Such a cute new spot! The pho was so flavorful and an excellent portion, the perfect meal to warm up. The staff were attentive and the food came quickly. I am already looking forward to coming back.

Wanted to try out a new neighborhood restaurant and discovered a new Toronto favorite!! Food is excellent and SO fresh, and served quick - atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The pho broth is so flavorful and delicious, will be recommending to all my Junction friends!

I came in yesterday on my way home from work. The staff were very friendly and kind! I ordered beef ball & rare beef Pho (and added beef brisket) and the shrimp & pork fried spring rolls. The portions were super generous and everything was very fresh. I eat Pho a lot and this is my standard order, which I normally have no problem finishing, but I was stuuufffffed by the time I finished this. The flavour was great, this is definitely one of the best pho’s in the city. It was also clean. I’m talking spotless! To top it all off, while I waited for my order the owner generously offered me some fresh tea. It was great. I couldn’t ask for better hospitality. I will be back soon!

i was walking home from my yoga class and saw this new restaurant that had opened so because i was hungry decided to try it and damn it is wonderful!! amazing amazing pho. the broth is so good and the beef is so tender. yummy all around. gonna go back soon with friends! thank you!

The pho broth is on point! I enjoyed it without any sauces in it and was not too thirsty after. I like how the meat is thinly sliced it adds a nice texture to every bite. I think it would be nice to have the option to order a smaller pho portion. Price point is fair, but at that rate I believe they should offer Credit card payments. Anyhow its the best pho in all of the junction/Runnymede Bloor area/junction triangle area! Excited to try the bun Bo hue next 😋
