Really enjoyed the Pho here. We got the special only available on weekends and you can really taste the difference in the quality of every ingredient used — not just the beef, but even the fish cakes taste better than a lot of pho places. Service was a bit lacking, perhaps because we were seated in an area of poor sight lines with the staff, but would still recommend checking it out. The restaurant has a really colourful and vibrant atmosphere too so will definitely be back

Sometimes you see a high review and you wonder why. This place leaves you wondering why more Vietnamese places don't taste so good. Spring rolls amazing. The hue weekend special is worth it. So good and filling.

My friend recommended this place last week, and I'm glad we tried it. As someone not-Vietnam, I found the soup to be natural, tasty, and easy to adapt to. The portions were much larger than I expected for the price. The new decor has a Baroque and aesthetic feel. The staff were very hospitable. There was a queue when we dined in, making the space a bit cramped. Overall, it's a great place to visit in the winter for some delicious soup to warm your stomach.

I haven’t had amazing authentic Pho downtown like this in ages and I’m glad my friends and I decided to stop in here. I’m familiar with this restaurant as they have a few other locations prior outside the downtown core which are great too. It’s on the pricier side (my XL Pho was close to $25), but flavours and portion was WORTH IT.

Best pho I’ve had in the city. Great and friendly service! Definitely return here for pho from now on. Please consider to make smaller size for pho and bun bo hue. I couldn’t finish it and didn’t want the food to go waste.

New location of Pho Anh Vu Downtown! This is the go to place for authentic Vietnamese food. The quality , the ambience and staff are all outstanding. I ordered the vermicelli and it was so delicious. Will definitely be back!

I'm lucky to be able to eat such authentic Vietnamese food in downtown. The environment is beautiful and warm. I brought my children here. The service staff is very friendly and the service is warm and thoughtful. The dishes taste amazing and the dishes are served very quickly. There is even a discount when checking out. I highly recommend it.

Brand new location for my favourite pho! Since it’s day one the food is not really as good as their other places yet, but I’m sure they will improve swiftly. It’s just great news for me that they finally have a downtown location!
