I had a very disappointing experience here. I stopped by late at night needing to use the washroom, but instead of a simple courtesy, they pressured me to leave a 5-star review praising their food, which I hadn’t even tried, just to access the restroom. It felt like a forced, dishonest exchange, which is incredibly unprofessional. Customers should never be coerced into leaving fake reviews—honesty and integrity matter. I hope the management can rethink their approach to customer service. Workers are very rude

Ordered through Uber Eats on October 21, 2024 and found a hair embedded in the sandwich. It was so prominent, all I had to do was separate the halves to see it. Extremely concerned snd disgusted by the food safety protocols.

I've been a local in the area for about 5 years now, and this is by far the best addition to the neighborhood. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious and honestly it makes me go back for seconds sometimes. The guys who work there are some of the nicest dudes ever and are always taking the time to make sure your sandwich is perfect. The hours are always pretty awesome for any late night owls. I highly recommend going here if you're looking for some delicious steak or chicken subs. Try the big ez! It's a personal fave! 👏

Ordered a perogie poutine with no onions and when I got home ready to eat it I opened the box to find 4 perogies and a few pieces of bacon, no fries, gravy or cheese. Nothing like a poutine and total ripoff for $9.99. Make sure you check your order before you leave this place.

I ordered some food via Uber eats. It was a buy one get one free special. I upgraded to medium size poutine, and cheesesteak sandwiches. I cant believe that the size they sent was a medium. The popcorn hicken was $17 for those 10 little pieces. what a rip-off.

Oh god, I am still thinking about this place! If you want to treat yourself this is the place you must go to! Absolutely amazing and the guy who helped us was too great I asked for his name but totally forgot about it but he was working there on Monday April 22 around 6:15PM. He explained how everything works there as it was our first time being there and was helpful, patient and kind! TASTE: great Price: great Portion: two sizes and we got one Large and one medium. Men def would prefer a large but I was more than satisfied with my medium size sandwich! Customer service: SUPERB Speed: Great Quality: Great Thank you so much and we will be back after few gym sessions!

Pretty tasty, hot sandwich, short wait… Choice of toppings - we got ‘medium’ with everything but the mushrooms + philthy sauce and there was a nice level of spicy. Philthy sauce was nice. Went back a second time and split the large sandwich - added some veggie crunch with the cold vegetable option - sublime!!
