Uber order: Why add Fries to a Cheesesteak Wrap when it's not cited on the item description along with the other cited ingredients...and the customer didn't request it. It made the wrap taste terrible and dry. You shouldn't add unwanted ingredients on a wrap just to make it bigger.

I placed an order on uber eats and canceled immediately after (by accident) and was charged the entire $50 for my order. When i called to correct my mistake i was told the food was already made and it had been thrown out which is why i was getting charged. It would’ve been impossible for the food to have already been started in the amount of time it was placed and cancelled. I don’t know if they were having a bad night or what but $50 for no food or resolution is extremely unacceptable.

The restaurant was empty but it took 10 mins to make my cheese steak. And when it came to toppings and sauce , the guy working poured so much sauce, my whole sandwich was soggy. :( dundas location is better

Hey bad experience in the restaurant. Both Indian people who were working on Sunday 13 October 1024 were very rude and not hygienic. Yukkkkkkkk. :( i don’t recommend this place. One of the person is mentioned in the picture. Not at all good service.

Excellent service, very friendly. Great burger, tailor-made to my specifications. Great place to go after having a drink on Queen St. West. Open late. Gave 5 stars based on experience and expectations.

Food was good. Not the best, imo, compared to illstyl3 sammies. The guy was a little busy managing the store and ubereats. Maybe best to order ahead.

My wife and I were lucky enough to try your food out at the CNE, and it was perfect. I wish I could eat more in 1 sitting. We can't wait to try one of your restaurants next time we come to Toronto. I will tell my friends and I would recommend anyone to give this place a try 💯.
