I ordered a small Philly cheese steak. It was very okay. Not sure I will order from here again. The sandwich was very soggy and messy, the beef was bland.

I ordered for the first time via a delivery app. The food came to me fresh and warm. I was pleasantly intrigued by the flavour of both the poutine and the cheese steak. It is evident you really care about the quality of dishes you put out for your customers.

This review is for the Southdown location. I am thankful for them to read the notes on my 1am Uber order and fulfil my request hence 5 stars for service. Rest this is a place which is open till 2am selling 'cheap' food made with the 'lowest' quality ingredients. Taste will be a hit/miss.

Very Disappointing; ordered the 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches for take out last night. My partner and I got severely food poisoned!! We didn’t even finish the sandwiches because they tasted odd. This is unacceptable!! follow proper hygiene and food safety measures or don't work in the food business!!

Had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food was fresh and full of flavor, especially the truffle pasta. The service was friendly and quick, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d visit again!

Visited this location for the first time with pretty decent expectations and was met with maybe just one smile away from a subpar experience. There was more energy into the kitchen prep work being done as it echoed the cold walls than the customers in front of them and the food they put out. A Philthy Philly steak sandwich looked like a sloppy sad never wanted to even be made steak sandwich. It's like they mixed all the toppings in a salad bowl, put it in the bread, wrapped it up and dropped it on the way for some final touch. Then the fries...a basic menu staple item in every fast food joint was undercooked, pale and soggy like is that really something you'd want to serve? I mean come on you don't have to be filled with a blazing passion for food to put out a decent looking meal you just have to be a decent human being with standards but perhaps the standards didn't clock in that day :(

A very clean restaurant, good customer service. Ordered the Phil Up steak special. Was very filling and real good tasting with their in house philthy sauce. The fries were I think a waste, hardly any salt to it. For next time I'd pass on the fries.

Yummy, full of flavor. Not your average Philly Taste but you can make it how you want. I tried the Notorious P.I.G which was to die for yummy. No skimping on the toppings. It's worth the price for their value of the regular. It's loaded with meat and fries. I recommend it for someone looking for some lightly sweet and smokey bbq. Bathroom is wheelchair friendly, double front doors for ease of entry. Good seating area for friend, family and children. No kids menus.
