I love HK cart noodles and was so happy that this new spot opened up underneath Petit Potato! The space is pretty small and tables are quite close together but it’s a quick meal so this isn’t a huge deal. You can select either 3 or 4 toppings as well as the type of noodle and some extra garnishes. I like how each bowl automatically comes with some vegetables. The premium toppings like beef brisket and chicken wings are an additional $1 charge. I chose Ho fun noodles with beef tripe, wontons and curry fishballs. The noodles were tasty but I think they forgot to add the beef brisket sauce that I selected because I didn’t taste any brisket sauce at all so it was a bit bland. The fishballs were a little cold but the wontons and tripe were great. I also got a HK milk tea which was pretty standard. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a bowl of HK noodles!

The authentic taste of “cart noodles”. The broth is good and tasty, but the taste of the dishes is relatively light such as Swiss chicken wing and pork knuckle etc. Of course, it is just a new restaurant which has room for improvement. I will visit this restaurant again. For more, I highly recommend you to visit and taste the cart noodles, the beef brisket must-order👍

The cart noodles at Empress Walk are excellent. The oil egg noodles and toppings are fantastic. I highly recommend the pork intestine, which really impressed me.
