Pete's Pizza

Ordered extra cheese & received a pizza with so little cheese you could see the base crust under the toppings. Pizza was ordered for pick up. I arrived & was told about 5 min. which was actually 20 min. While I was waiting & looking around I was amazed on how "Dirty" the inside of the place is. Had I not already paid for the pie I would have just left. I do kick myself for not looking at the pie before I left but two lessons learned here #1 always look at your pie before leaving! #2 Never order from Pete's on Pleasant Ave. or if you do, do yourself a favor and pick up so you can see just how 'Dirty' the place is!

Great place to get pizza. There's always a deal so keep an eye out for coupons. Daily specials available. Pizza is awesome. Great quality ingredients go into these. The cheese is so good and the sauce is great too. The crust is so soft and doughy. Like that. it's great the next day too. Pizza comes at a great temperature and is not greasy.

Walking into petes, it's like walking back in time. The old school pizzeria vibes are immediate, and the service is always outstanding. The phone is always ringing off the hook, but the wait is usually pretty quick. The pizza, though, reminds me of the stuff I used to get in elementary school during pizza days. People talk about the "no sauce" or "not enough sauce," but those people just don't get it. Sometimes less is more when it comes to sauce, and if you need more, then ask for it. The pizzas are always fully loaded, and they don't skimp on the toppings! Great subs as well! Big thick meaty subs for a really decent price! With the trip for sure!

As I walked in there was a sign right in front of me that said assorted sub $5. A simple assorted sub - nothing fancy, the bread tasted freshly baked and it included turkey, salami and prosciutto and it tasted well worth the money if not more. Hit the spot and didn't drain my wallet. And pop is a buck. A buck! I thought the days of a $5 assorted sub and a $1 pop were long gone. Not at Pete's! What a great deal. 10 minutes to get 4 assorted subs and the staff friendly. And Pete's has been around forever. $5 assorted sub and a $1 pop, price per calorie, it can't be beat.

I’m on vacation here from USA, and we wanted some good pizza, came accross this place browsing the internet and took a chance and drove 25 minutes from our hotel room just to try this place and let me tell you , pizza was Amazing!!!!! I would definitely come back on my next vacation!!!!

This placed used to be my go to. I was recently reminded of it and how much I loved the bacon they use. I placed an order for a 12 slice pepperoni, a 12 slice canadian, 2lbs of wings and a garlic bread with cheese. $71 before tip When the order arrived the delivery person said she was supposed to notify me they included a extra 4 slice pizza because there was a issue with one of my pizzas I ordered. There was definitely a huge issue and the 12 slice canadian I ordered was disgusting. The bacon was huge chunks of pure fat, there seemed to be no sauce, the crust was paper thin and wet. Totally unedible. The garlic bread was a soggy mess yet nobody dared to even try it. The employees recognized the pizza was bad that's why they sent a free 4 slice but why? Why not send me what I paid for and remake the 12 slice. Why replace it with 4 slice and still send me the bad pizza? The 4 slice pizza was great, the pepperoni pizza was great and just as I expected and same goes for the wings. How I got an order where half was so gross and the other half perfect is beyond me. I reached out to the company by email and on social media. I emailed the email address listed by the company and received a reply stating they have nothing to do with the business and don't know why customers keep emailing them. I received a reply on Facebook that said "call Rino" with a phone number. I called a few times the next day and nobody ever answered. I've waited a week to see if anyone cared about the issue before leaving this review. The unprofessionalism and not making it right on a $70 order is what will have me never ordering from them again.

I ordered the 3 topping, 4 Slice Pizza + 1 Pop for $6.99. I've read the reviews of the "fancy pizza" places close by. Stop wasting your money. These guys make an amazing pie. This little pizza was ready for pickup in 10 min. Fresh toppings were loaded on, with just the right amount of tomato sauce underneath. I haven't had pizza so perfect in awhile. I'll definitely reorder from this classic location.
