Go on Wednesdays for some delicious creamy red peas soup. That's my favorite dish there. The oxtail, curry goat & fry chicken are also good.

My favourite place to get jerk or fry chicken. Flavourful food at a reasonable price, it’s always fresh too!

I had the pleasure of dining at Peppers Caribbean Restaurant near Islington and Steeles, and it was an incredible experience! I ordered the oxtail with rice and peas and coleslaw,(food looked so good, started eating before snapping a pic) and it was absolutely amazing. The oxtail was tender, the rice and peas were perfectly cooked, and the portion was large enough for two! The chef clearly knows what they're doing—everything was cooked to perfection. The ladies at the counter were so sweet and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Caribbean food!

I just had their Jerk Chicken, Rice and peas with the salad. It was delicious! Not too spicy but has a nice kick, and I really like the salad. Inwas brought here by a friend and I am glad she did because I will be back!!! Good portions for their prices and staff were nice.

The lady who took my order was very nice while explaining the menu. I tried the Jamaican breakfast Ackee and Saltfish, it was delicious and the portion is huge.

I was traveling to Montreal and stopped off at this restaurant for some Caribbean food. The food is very good, the portion of chicken were abundant, the rice and beans were good and the Cole slaw was good . The chicken was very tasty and was just hot enough with hot peppers to give it some heat but not to upset my stomach. The price was reasonable. I plan on stopping here in the future. There is a tiny bar if you want to dine in, maybe four people could sit there, but since this place is busy there is not place for customers to wait besides where the small bar is located, therefore negating the desire to dine in at all. The neighborhood is a nice area, the shopping plaza is a busy place as well. The restaurant is five minutes from the freeway, so very convenient for a quick stop. There is no bathroom that I could tell would be available for customers. The young women working the counter taking orders was very competent, friendly and quick.

The food is delicious. They serve a variety of soups, and their jerk chicken and fried chicken are nicely done. The oxtail falls right off the bone, and the curried goat has just the right amount of spice. If you're craving a taste of the Caribbean, this is the place to go.

Very reasonable price and quantity. Jerk chicken had some kick to it. Rice could have been bit better. Small take out place but it has everything you would need. Give it a try Instagram: TNEATS
