What I should have done was call the Brampton food inspector when they sold sour (spoiled) beef in their red peas soup, 3 Saturday’s ago. And now when you want a small food they use some weird excuse to sell a medium or large. Done with this place!

Pepper Shack prepared all the food for my party of 40 people, and we were not disappointed. The food was awesome and flavorful, and there was so much food that I had to send food home with people. The service was great, the food was ready for pickup on time, and the staff is friendly. Thank you, Pepper Shack. Your food definitely made my part a huge success.

This is my 3rd time order from this place and my GOODNESS GRACIOUS!! It does nice!! This is the tastiest carribean restaurant I’ve eaten at in a WHILE!!! Huge portions for an extremely reasonable price and it taste amazing. His bless the chef!! I recommend this to everyone and their mamas!! You will not be disappointed that’s on me!!!

Ordered curry goat and oxtail from this place for the first time. Almost all of the reviews sound promising so why not give it a try, right? I’m not even surprised that they DONT serve fresh food. The steam veggies had a funky smell as well as the white rice, it was as if they mixed old rice with the new. The food was so salty that i could barely taste the flavour of the meat. Not to mention the attitude of the staff. The staff was not welcoming nor friendly. They barely greeted or said a word when I came in, and most of all, they did not even acknowledge my business at the end. I mean if you’re going to act stuck up at least make sure your food is banging or have a tiny bit of authenticity. The food is way below average and to be honest, that will be my first and last going to this restaurant. ✌🏼

The staff were polite enough. The food was decent. The interior design felt "homey". I enjoyed the coleslaw. I like the fact they jerk the chicken in the drum like they're supposed to. I could feel the flavours...but I think my chicken was just a tad dry. Overall I'd eat here again. They have a good reputation with some Jamaicans I know which is why I was motivated to go

This review is for the Main street location (downtown Brampton). We ordered 1lb of pork and a small order of rice and peas. The jerk pork was bones and fat; there was barely any meat. The rice and peas was good. We didn't find the staff friendly or inviting. We felt as if we were bothering them. Our order cost $16.95. We won't go back.

I used to come here often especially the soup. They started giving me more soup then food so I stopped. I went again for soup giving another chance. Pure soup and 2 shrimps?? Gotta do better to fill your customers belly and spend the money. Not going there again!!!!
