Peking Man Restaurant

Food here is as good as you expect, reasonable price for Peking duck that's made well. Crispy skin, good crepes, nice sauce. Don't sleep on the main dishes as well. Shanghai rice cakes and chicken cashew with 🌶️ were made perfectly too. However, they really need to change the seats. White cloth shows way too much dirt and is a terrible choice especially for a restaurant.

We enjoyed the dinner there. The Peking duck was delicious, roasted well and not fatty. The day we went was not busy. We had a great dining experience and the food was great. I recommend the restaurant.

Lovely place to get Peking duck. We got the 2-course duck with the wraps & a soup. Duck was roasted to crispy perfection…. Surprisingly nice ambience despite being inside pacific mall, service was great.

Nice Peking duck. Just you need to eat fast or it may become dry. Be expected a long wait for food during the weekend. When you order the pancakes refill, they will give you quickly which is nice.

I used to come here when I was a child, at their old location near Bayview Village. I have so many memories of this place, and finally found the time to visit them at their (not so) new location in Pacific Mall. The location is quite hard to find if you've never been before. They are on the top floor of the mall, past a set of hair salons and the opposite way of the food court. That being said, they are in a very peaceful area of the mall and the dining experience is pleasant. There were a few other big tables when we visited on Saturday night, but it seems realistic for walk-ins unless it's a holiday or you have a large group. We ordered a la carte because the set menu wasn't perfect for us. Of course, we ordered the Peking duck, which is their specialty. It was definitely delicious and up to bar - the duck is so juicy and the portion is quite good. The duck came with 12 wraps, perfect for the 6 of us, and we were able to fill the wraps to the brim with duck pieces. For $50, this is quite reasonable compared to other places in the GTA and considering the quality. Of the other dishes we ordered, I also loved the fried rice - the portion was great and it was a great accompaniment to the other dishes. The sweet & sour pork and braised beef were fine, nothing too notable but decent portions. We spent around $30 each for the meal which is great value. Overall I would definitely recommend Peking Man for Peking duck lovers.

NO WIFI. THE DUCK IS AMAZING! Must try! Pricy but worth it. Serves on a platter with sauce, green onions and cucumber slices. Free tea with meal. There was only one man working at the front and seemed like the whole place. Definitely one man in the kitchen. But food was quick enough. Ordered rice and veggies. Free mall parking. Would go again! The place was clean.

This restaurant is located inside Pacific Mall, it is easy to find. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. We ordered lunch combo which comes with butterfly duck and steamed fish. The duck is so good, highly recommend! The combo also includes soup and dessert which is a good deal. I will come here to try different dishes next time.
