Excellent Mexican food in St Catharines! I've tried the other options and I'll tell you that Patio Andaluz is the best of them. Not quite Cancun but the freshness is definitely what sets this place apart from the rest. The paella is fantastic, the tacos are great and everything is just, fresh. Couple all of that with great service and a wonderful patio... just go already 😘

The food and the margaritas are outstanding. The service is amazing. I've been there twice in 2 weeks. I had such an incredible experience with my girlfriends on the one weekend that I brought my boyfriend the weekend after. The food is authentic. Reservations are strongly suggested. They have seating both indoors and outdoors.

Has to be our favourite place in Port Dalhousie. Will be back.

While sitting in a patio built out of a tent was not a reason to discourage me to go and try the restaurant, unfortunately the meals were a big factor for this review. Nachos entrees: no flavour, a little paper container with a green sauce with no flavour. We were not offered spicy sauce or anything to fight with the poor taste of that meal. Birria tacos: full of thick fat instead of meat, the consomé is basically greasy and oily fluid that won’t taste even after putting all the micro lime, the onions and cilantro given and all this for almost $30 + tax Pulpo a la Mediterranean: it is two pieces of 2” each of octopus on top of a greasy small portion of mashed potato that taste like the Popeyes one, this came with three counted small shrimps on the side and soggy asparagus with three cut pieces of 1” baguette bread. So basically you pay $30 + tax to taste greasy seafood with carbs + carbs. Mojito: it’s a 3” long and 1.5” circumference glass full of ice with an imperceptible amount alcohol that make your taste focus on trying to reach the leaf at the bottom of the glass. You pay for this almost $20 + tax It’s important to mention that the place is designed to make you focus on conversation because there’s no TV or entertainment that helps you enjoy the ambient. In summary, I spend $100 for an opportunity to eat a poor try of Mexican and Spanish food accompanied by water based cocktail.

Patio Andaluz is a fantastic spot for a meal, offering a range of delicious options. The fish tacos were absolutely incredible. While I chose the vegetarian and fish dishes, I was curious about the chicken choices, though I wished they were halal. The restaurant's atmosphere is great, and the staff were really helpful in explaining the menu. I'll definitely be back for more tasty food!
