This is a really casual hole in the wall and the food is so good! We really love the sandwiches. So many different kinds! One sandwich is usually good enough to share between two people, and we always get a house salad to go with it. So tasty!

The Owner was fabulous in assisting with what we were looking for, to eat. Very friendly, and warm atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing. The minute you walk through the door the delicious smells have your mouth watering. I had a house salad with a shawarma sandwich, and my friend the house cheese burger. I am definitely marking this place as a favorite when deciding to eat out.

Absolutely massive and delicious burger for me. Wife got the Koubideh and she loves it! Owners are super friendly and it was surprisingly fast (and fresh)! The fries are crispy and light too. Daughter approves haha

Great food, great service! I got a burger, koobideh sandwich and mast khiar. Even though the burger was great, the other two were FANTASTIC!!! The koobideh sandwich was the best I’ve ever had and the mast Khiar was freshly made as we ordered it which was so crunchy and thick! Kobbideh sandwich was very rich in meat with their homemade sauce, which Saeed suggested is top notch and definitely didn’t disappoint. The sitting area was not the fanciest but it was clean and ok for a quick meal, otherwise take out can also be a great option. Side note: I peaked at the kitchen and it was SPOTLESS CLEAN, which also is a huge factor to me.

I just had the pleasure of dining at Parsi Premium Restaurant and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner, who exuded both friendliness and professionalism. It was evident that they were passionate about their establishment and ensuring every guest had a memorable dining experience. The food itself was nothing short of exceptional. We ordered “ lamp tongue” sandwich and also “Koobide” .Each dish was crafted with care, using only the freshest and highest quality organic ingredients. Every bite burst with flavor, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. Overall, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant truly delivers. I look forward to returning soon for another incredible dining experience.

My friend recommended their lamb tongue sandwich and I tried it for the first time today, it is SO delicious!! The meat is so tender and moist, and paired really well with the mushrooms inside. The sandwich itself is huuuuge, I could barely finish half of it by myself. I mentioned that I didn’t want French fries, and the owner was nice enough to switch it to a healthy and refreshing house salad for me(only half a portion shown in picture) I have a big sweet tooth, I saw their apple pie on display and couldn’t help but ordering one, and I’m so glad I did, cos it’s also amazing! And their soup is also a really nice comfort food for a chilly fall afternoon. Because I ordered takeout, so the owner wrapped everything so neatly, and he even covered the soup container in plastic wrap to prevent it from spilling which also kept it warm. I’d definitely come back to try other dishes as well! Support local business!! :)
