Our server/bottle girl Alicia was PHENOMENAL!! We came for dinner service on nye and she helped us out more than words can imagine, I cannot say thank you enough to Alicia, she was great. Food service and drink was great, and all with a super sweet attitude and immense professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend the girl. Thanks so much!

Ben and Alana were awesome. They love taylor Swift! Made the night great! Shared great info about the city along with great laughs. The girls love Ben and Alana will come back to Toronto just to see them. Came from Alberta and love the country bar reminds me of home!

Tried the happy hour menu here last night and I thought it was absolute bang for buck. Our hostess / waitress was absolutely great, service was quick and hassle free. It's a great looking place as well, typical of the king st location. Will go back to try the normal menu! I'm still curious why it's called Paris Texas though cause I asked the waitress and she did know too 😁

We were a group of six at the restaurant. The design was cool and attractive, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. However, the noise level got quite high, especially after 8:30 pm, so it’s not ideal if you’re looking to relax and chat with friends. As for the food and drinks, we ordered the beef fajita, steak, chicken with waffles, and fries. The fajita was delicious with a generous portion, but the steak was quite ordinary—and although I requested it well-done, it was served medium. I also had the Cactus Jack cocktail, which was decent. One thing to note: there’s an extra 20% charge for groups of six or more, and they don’t provide separate bills for individual orders.

I attended TIFF Post Festival Bash on October 9 at Paris Texas. The ambiance was good but the lighting design could be better indoors, as it's pretty yellowish and could be more lively with some brighter lighting especially at center bars. The chicken tenders were well done and the fries were good. I haven't tried the menu so cannot recommend much on that.

Alannah was our tender inside, she made us feel so welcome we are bringing our pals back for sure!! Incredible country bar in the heart of the city. As a country guy myself, I felt right at home. They bring the modern country touch to the next level. With an incredible patio this bar will leave you with a good feeling. The happy hour is AMAZING, and the service all around was incredible.
