Really love the atmosphere of this restaurant, the foods were delicious and, most important, the service is super attentive! We had a wonderful time tonight with delicious foods. Btw, the cannoli, the doughbread and the pork chop are really good!!!

It was my parent’s anniversary and they wanted Italian so we chose Parcheggio, which was in their neighborhood. It’s very easy to find as it’s in a standalone building in the Bayview Village parking lot. The design and ambiance felt like it was part of a chain, and sure enough we discovered it was part of the Oliver & Bonacini family. The ceilings are very high which made it very comfortable and feel spacious and not crowded. They have a large dining area, and a few rooms for private events, if needed. The menu has something for everyone and is pretty reasonably priced. It’s definitely family oriented as the vibe is very chill. They feature Happy Hour daily from 2:30pm - 5:30pm where most of their menu items are 1/2 price. We had no idea until the bill came so we were pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed all of our appetizers, pastas and salads. Nothing fancy, but that’s ok because it hit the spot. Out waiter, Ray, was also incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient! They even added a special touch to our tiramisu at the end of our meal. We’re really glad that we went here and will definitely be back.

As a frequent visitor of Parcheggio my visit this Saturday did not meet my expectations and level of service by far. After being completely ignored by my server & passed off to a new server the experience went downhill from there. Not once did a manager touch the table after I was misgreeted, had dirty cutlery and my drink made incorrectly, by the same bartender that ignored our table. But the whole dinner service felt rushed, disorganized and everyone except Shenesa and Carissa looked visibly annoyed, and didn’t want to be there. Despite their only being 5/6 tables maximum present at the time. I would suggest for management to make themselves more present during service to actually I don’t know, do what management does and ensure these things don’t happen, or smooth them over after the fact? I usually come in every Sunday for dinner, But I skipped this Sunday because who wants to pay, to get blatantly ignored and passed off as if you’re less than everyone else who’s there doing the exact same thing.

Food was okay. More misses than wins here. Rigatoni Rose + Noona’s Meatball was good. The rose sauce was good, just a great sauce. The rigatoni pasta was a miss, it was a bit too undercooked (i.e. more on the hard side than being al dente). The meatball was awesome and delicious. Housemade Focaccia and Charred Eggplant/ Bean Dip was a miss. The focaccia was good but having a giant ass air pocket (see picture) just underneath the crust of the focaccia makes me question the dough making and baking process. The charred eggplant/bean dip was a miss. No flavour to this dip and it did not add well with the focaccia. We ended up dipping the focaccia with the rose sauce. Noona’s Lasagna Al Forna was meh. Lasagna was cooked well but the sauce lacked flavour and the sauce was very runny.

Ordered the bistecca 24oz. It was fantastically cooked and the sides were immaculate. Would’ve hoped for a bit more steak but it was great for the value! The Alfredo was creamy but not overpowering, the fries were a bit too salty but was tasty as a pairing with the Alfredo. Service was quick and friendly, atmosphere was nice and cozy!

We visited here for 2024 Summerlicious lunch. From the preset, we ordered caesar salad, fusilli, and chocolate cake, and from their regular menu, foccacia and shrimp spaghetti. Pastas had just the right texture, and their sauce was amazing. Foccacia with eggplant and bean dip was pretty great too - I actually order this every time I visit here. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience.

Such a lovely dining experience for my friends and I. Food was flavorful and very fresh, we recommend any of the pastas. The bread that we had it as an appetizer was just so fluffy and melt in your mouth good. Plus the service was top-notch. Staff were always coming around, making sure that our waters were filled and very attentive. Special thanks to our waitress Abigail, she was the kindest.
