I have a lot of affection for this franchise after many good meals for great value. It’s still good value but on this occasion the beef was cold. Not a little cold. COLD.

Ordered the Spicy Chicken shawarma meal box, it was delicious! We were just visiting for a concert that day and wanted something better than generic “fast food”, this was a great option! Will definitely stop in again

Thin layer of chicken on top of a bed of rice... compared to other places, this is not worth the price. Staff seemed super grumpy and did not want to be there. Sorry but for a fast food take out place.. at least keep customers happy with good portions and good service If you are going to enable tipping on your payment systems.

We are regular customer of this place. Today we bought salad box and swarma meal. But honestly this the worst ever experience over last 1 years. We bought at 6:00pm today. The guy and the girl in the counter was not care what they are putting into box. Sad to say this is what 31$ meal looks like. Salad with out any leaf and meal with very bery less portions. Also servers are less willing to serve and listen what we wanted to put in our meal. Very poor experience and disappointing .

It’s in Union subways food court so hustle bustle but if you go lunch time DJ is rocking the floor. Now let’s talk food… they have to go options in box where u pick your base (rice, salad hummus etc I clicked a pic) you have option to choose one base or two base package - difference was only $2 so I picked two base, I had some rice and some salad, I chose spicy chicken in protein, they had various kind of options but I heard spicy chicken is best so I took that and I wasn’t disappointed- generous quality and then you can chose a sauce, I requested all 3 to try n I am glad I did.. I love my shawarmas juicy n dripping. I loved it and I shared it too, it was good for two people but again it depends on your appetite:). Highly highly recommend if u r in rush n need a good healthy meal. It’s perfect meal with ur veggies “, protein and probiotics (pickles) full of flavor. Love it! Thank you Just a suggestion- don’t forget to tip your server they work hard and will not hesitate to make some exceptions here n there to make your meal yummy… you just have to ask nicely.

Great food and service. The lamb chops are tender. And that kufta on fried eggplant is out of this world. The fresh baled bread was amazing 🤩 and we ended the meal with nabulsi knafeh. Servers weee nice and attentive. My only feedback is that they don’t replace rice with salad. Instead you need to order salad separately and also get the rice.

Came here on NYE so you can imagine how hectic it was. They were so amazing and nice and quick with our food. We got 4 wraps and a side of fries and everything was delicious. Really enjoyed the food here
