Decent middle eastern fare to turn to when General Public ends up disappointing you. The chicken shawarma hummus and key lime pie cheesecake were the best items. The grilled arais didn't make sense to me. Sauteed mushrooms was nice - hard to mess up. I'd definitely check this place out - it's definitely as good of a shawarma as you'll get in the area.

Everything was very fresh, flavourful and delicious! Classic dishes and a variety of items to choose from on the menu The tahini and hummus were so creamy and paired perfectly with the warm pita. The falafel was very light and very crunchy. The schnitzel was fried to perfection Service was fast and restaurant is open and airy, they also had a heated enclosed patio They sell a variety of items, from tahini to halva and on the go items

A great spot for brunch. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. We shared the Shakshouka, Chicken Shawarma Hummus, and Falafel. Everything was delicious and this was more than enough food for us 2. Great service and vibe. Will definitely be back.

Zara our waitress was very patient and helpful. it was our first time to Parellel. Made some great suggestions for our dinner. Drinks were not the best to be honest. But Parallel Salad was one made on heaven. I'd not come back for food and drinks but for lively patio vibe and atmosphere. Kebab was delicious too

My family and I enjoyed a terrific lunch here, savoring a variety of dishes that truly highlighted the essence of Middle Eastern cuisine. We ordered the Parallel salad, the side house salad, the meze hummus, and the chicken shawarma hummus. Each dish was bursting with fresh, authentic flavour. The service was both fast and friendly, with our food arriving in just about 10 minutes. The restaurant itself has an intriguing vibe, likely repurposed from an old garage, which gives it a unique "industrial chic" atmosphere. It’s lively and vibrant, making it a great spot for a casual yet memorable dining experience. Additionally, their store offers a variety of take-home options, allowing you to enjoy their delicious offerings even after you leave.

Friendly attentive staff :) Started off with a delightful cocktail! Which was a decent size and unique to the restaurant. Can’t remember the name but it was rum based, had ginger beer, coconut & lime zest (as pictured.) Shared a few dishes with friends. Highlights were the Parallel Salad, Herb Falafel, & Tofu We also tried the Sabich hummus & mushroom dish.

I recently dined at Parallel and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was cozy, and the food was delicious and authentic. The hummus was creamy, the falafel was crispy, and the kebabs were tender and flavorful. The service was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! These giant balls of falafel are the biggest I've had to fit in my mouth, with an appetizing, crispy brown crust with an inviting, vibrant green from all the fresh herbs packed inside. The chickpeas are wonderfully moist, filled with aromatics that harmonize with the creamy, slightly smoky baba ganoush dip that also has a subtle bitterness that adds a complex depth of flavour to each bite. The shakshouka was a combination of a comforting bite of the fresh, fluffy pita that soaks up the tangy tomato sauce and the creaminess of gooey eggs. Plus, the goat cheese adds a delicious tanginess that's worth the additional charge.
