The best papa john's franchise around. The people who work there take their jobs seriously and they care about the product! Food is tasty although on the higher end for pricing.

Vaishnavi provided outstanding service during my visit to Papa John’s, 1245 Ellesmere! I ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza, Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks, and a Double Chocolate Chip Brownie, and everything was delicious. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure my order was prepared perfectly. Her professionalism and cheerful attitude truly made the experience memorable. I’ll definitely be back thanks to her excellent service and the amazing food! Can’t wait to visit then next time I visit my family ♥️

I bought a large pizza Friday August 16th and I noticed when I walked into this papa johns location on Ellesmere, it didn’t smell like pizza. It smelled like cleaning liquids. It smelled like the pizza place had been cleaned with cleaning liquids prior to opening the store. I will not be returning to this papa johns location. Reply to owner: Have you ever lost your appetite after walking into a pizza place and the place smells like cleaning liquid/toilet plumbing smell?! I completely lost my appetite due to your squeaky clean liquid your cleaning staff uses. It did not even smell like pizza… it smells like cleaning liquid detergent… how can I have the appetite to eat after smelling this?! Myself and anyone else DO NOT deserve to smell cleaning products when walking in hungry and losing appetite due to a hazardous smell. Your cleaning staff must be using way too much cleaning liquid which causes the smell to linger in the air even after the daily night cleaning. I’m sure you don’t come into the store to order and buy pizza to settle your hunger. So you don’t know how it feels like and that’s fine. One star review for allowing hazardous cleaning liquid smell to stay in a food establishment. I will report to city of Toronto produce inspectors.

I did not try many pizza places, but I find Papa John’s pizza superb. The dressings are fresh and plenty, and most important of all, delicious. It has been my go-to place for pizza for the past 4 years.

Had a family combo for take out,2 medium pizza with garlic knots. It took about 15min wait and pizzas are cooked in front of me. Very fresh and tasty, but the portion is a bit smaller than expected .

Today is snow storm about 60cm and o went to this papa john instead of pizza pizza. Wow what a felicious pizza they making. Very juivy anf the price is good too. The tomato sauce tbe using is very unique. Tbese guyz deserve more. I tried Hawaian BBQ pizza first time and didnt like it. Tatse so sweet. But i love the custom made veggie pizza with onion, green pepper, pineapple and jalapeno

Recently opened Papa John's location provided exceptional customer service and amazing pizza. The pizza here is much better than pizzas at other close by pizza stores. Ordering online made it really convenient as there is a rewards system too. I would highly recommend their pepperoni, Hawaiian, and Philly steak pizzas especially when they have promo codes available. It can get quite busy but the staff were very friendly and patient with everyone that came. Overall, would recommend coming here again
