Papa Johns Pizza

My wife and I are regulars here now! Thanks to the Butter chicken masala sauce which is vegetarian and my wife is addicted to it. She’s been actively spreading the word ever since. We might as well get a cut on the sale. Lol.

Yesterday on 15 september 2024 somewhere around 6 to 8 pm. I had an awful experience at this Papa John’s location when I placed an order in person. I walked in to order a pizza, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional from the start. After placing my order, I was told it would take 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes without any explanation or apology. When I finally asked about the delay, the staff were dismissive and rude, telling me they were "busy," even though there was hardly anyone in the store. When I eventually got my pizza, it was cold, and the order was wrong. I asked for a refund or for them to fix it, but they refused and acted like I was the problem. The poor attitude, lack of accountability, and terrible service at this location are unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others avoid this place unless they want a frustrating experience.

Today around 7 to 9pm I had a very frustrating experience with the customer service at Papa John's. Not only was my order delayed, but when I called to inquire about it, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They showed little concern for the issue and offered no apology or explanation. To make things worse, they put me on hold multiple times, and I never got a clear answer. The lack of respect and attention to customers is unacceptable. I expected better from a brand like Papa John's, but this experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from them again.

They're open late and have pretty quick service. The pizza was decent, nothing to write home about. Overall, a good dining experience.

I’ve ordered from this location many times! The first few pizzas were amazing! But the last order i ask for thick crust n received thin! So this time i made sure they understood thick as fat crust. Also i ask of they could be more generous with the ingredients. The pizza came home under cooked thicker crust n the topping were the same! Help i’m in need of a new pizza joint🥲

MAN AM I TELLING YOU THIS PIZZA HIT THE SPOT. I have avoided papa johns for the longest time, as I thought it wouldn't be any good and boy was I wrong to do so. This pizza was absolutely incredible compared to other fast food pizza places. (Also got a free pepper 🫑 with my pizza, never gotten that from other fast food pizza shops). I was pleased to devour their pepperoni pizza, and damn it was mouth watering good. I demolished that thing very quick and still crave more. The Pizza was hot and fresh out of the box, (Greasy goodness, make sure to lather it in their garlic butter) I don't know about the other locations, but here will be a go to for me now for pizza. Would recommend this to anyone if they get the same experience as I got.

This has become my favourite “fast food pizza” spot in the GTA. This is a new location but everything was great. The food was hot and crispy. Their dips went very well - especially the spicy garlic. We ordered a large pizza, papa bites, pizza sandwich and 2 dips. It costed $36 for pick up and lasted for 2 meals for 2 people. Totally worth it. Well done Papa Johns - Dundas location. We will be back for more.

Recently had their grand opening special large pizza with 4 toppings for $12.99. The pizza was good. The pizza was ready in a timely fashion and the service was cordial. I am interested in going back to try their Parmesan-crusted papadias which sound quite intriguing, part sandwich part pizza! Always nice to welcome another eatery to the neighbourhood!
