I ordered alfredo papa bowl and the alfredo sauce was missing in it. They gave me just veggies and cheese. When confronted, was brushed off by saying the sauce will be at the bottom when there is literally no sauce. I had the same bowl at another location and they made it very nice.

I recently visited Papa John’s Pizza on Sheppard, and I have to say, their service and pizza exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The pizza itself was delicious—perfectly baked with a crispy crust and generous toppings. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients they use. If you’re in the area and craving great pizza with outstanding service, I highly recommend stopping by Papa John’s Pizza on Sheppard!

Papa johns Lawrence closed, im exploring the closest ones to me which is Sheppard or Ellesmere. First time going to Sheppard, the pizza was extremely chewy. I tried it again, and it wasn’t as chewy but still chewy. I don’t understand what’s wrong with that store but definitely something wrong. Either the dough or the overcook it. Sad to see my favourite pizza place go down, I used to love it. Definitely the last time going to Sheppard, I’ll give Ellesmere a try. I added a photo of the first pizza, you can see a big circle in my pizza like they left a bowl on top of it when it was in the over, what a joke.

The pizza was decent, the best when served warm. The cheese was notably creamy and bold, and the toppings were enjoyable as well. However, the dough didn't quite meet expectations; it seemed to need reheating to fully bring out the flavors. Delivered lukewarm, the nuances of the pizza were lost until reheated. The PJ branded garlic sauce was disappointing, tasting more like warm margarine with hardly any garlic flavour. The Heinz sauce included with the order was a better choice. As for the boneless wings, they were simply a letdown and didn't make the cut for a reorder. They tasted like generic chicken meat, which was off-putting. Next time, I should just stick to the pizza, which, despite its flaws (delivery issue and inconvenience to reheat before serving) was the highlight of the meal and the cheese was good.

Ordered thru skip maaaane. $50. Small pepperoni and large works. Large works was AWESOME 🤤🤤🤤...I had asked for well done but dough was "chewy". I mean dem toppins on BOTH dem pizzas was damn good. Flavorless yall need garlic up in dat dough crust or something maang. Dem greasy salty dips provided caused bathroom blow outs.

Great pizza, too bad they skimp on toppings. I usually don’t like bready pizzas but when the crust is that tasty and with the garlic butter it’s awesome. The sauce is a bit sweet, but otherwise everything was tasty. The delivery guy was kind enough to come to my door even though my apartment doesn’t allow food drop offs; props for that!

My family loves pizza so we got takeout on a Monday and Thursday from here. There was a BIG difference in the amount of toppings given. On Monday, the pepperoni was a very good amount, but the sausage was a joke! (see photos) There were about 3 little balls of sausage per slice! It was pretty sad. But we went back on Thursday and the sausage was a proper amount! The taste is good and the free dipping sauce is especially yummy. We got the walk-in special that's a good deal ($10 for a large one-topping pizza -- it's advertised in a flyer I got at my house). So they only lost one star because of the major difference in the amount of toppings.
