Papa Johns Pizza

I had an amazing experience at Papa John's recently. The pizza was delicious crispy crust, fresh toppings, and that perfect blend of cheese. The golden-haired girl working there was incredibly sweet and helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile and made my order feel special. It’s rare to find such friendly and attentive staff, and she really made the experience memorable. Highly recommend chicken pizza.

We have been frequent customers and have consistently received excellent service, with one exception. Today, we visited around 2 PM when the place was quiet with no other customers. However, the two staff members, one male and one female, were unresponsive upon our arrival, appearing uncertain about who would take the order. Eventually, the male staff member took the order, albeit reluctantly. Moreover, the female staff throw the ordered pizza to the male staff for delivery arrogantly . Unfortunately, there were no greetings or even a simple smile, which was disappointing given our past experiences. A friendly advice - Please teach your staffs to respect food and to be polite to the customers.

Every single time I order delivery they mess up. Today my honey chipotle wings had no sauce. None on the side even. Last time they brought 2 drinks rather then 4 I ordered. The lack of attention is astounding to say the least. How hard can it be?

Had to call 3 times to TRY and place an order today. Got hung up on when I asked what's specials they had available for delivery. Then tried to charge me and extra dollar to add cheese on my pizza (2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings) cheese being the only toppings I wanted for one of the pizzas. Overall if I could rate my customer experience it would be in the negatives. There won't be a "next time"

I ordered a pizza and took a picture of the order in question. It was clearly dropped and or damaged half the pizza. The store advised because half was still in tact they won't replace it with a large(large was the pizza in question). I provided a picture with the sad excuse if a pizza and they acknowledged it was damaged but not a "write off". There is zero accountability and when I said I'll go to corporate they said " go ahead". Horrible customer service and they clearly don't care about customer service or their product. They received 100% of my money and return I received a damaged pizza.

I order from the Papa John's app all the time and pick up pizza from this location. I have fortunately always had a good experience with them and their food. Food is always ready for pick-up within 15 minutes and food is made well and hot. I usually only order pizza and wings and they are always good. I will keep ordering from here.

There is lots of parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pizza is very fresh, and tasty. Dare I say, their dough is awesome. I did a walk in, for a chicken pizza, and it was perfect. $11.99 for 4 toppings right now. The store was clean.
