The pizza was soggy just because of the insane levels of grease. This is just basic pepperoni and cheese pizza. I found a spot with no grease so compare. Even the bottom box Is a ring of grease. By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

I don't have much to say about this location, I did my order online so there was not much interaction but the girl that got the online order for me was nice and quick to respond. The pizza was not the greatest in taste for me, I found it to be sweet and a bit well done when that was not selected as well was not fluffy/airy and the cheese sticks I must say were good and buttery I liked them, I did order from John's in a different location and did not like it as well but wanted to give it another try and still no, I personally didn't like it but I recommend trying it out for yourself because it's not terrible but just not my preference but it might be yours.

Pizza was alright, from what some Americans on the internet say about it I was expecting it to be some of the best pizza I would have ever eaten. But it was just ok. Tasted better after it sat on the counter and cooled off a bit compared to it being hot. Also the garlic dipping sauce just tasted like melted margarine.

Incredible Pizza, Incredible Service! I've been a loyal Papa John's customer for years, but my recent experience at this location in Canada was truly exceptional. The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crispy crust and a flavorful sauce. The toppings were fresh and generous, and the cheese was perfectly melted and gooey. The service was equally impressive. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. My order was ready on time. I highly recommend Papa John's Canada for anyone looking for delicious pizza and great service. You won't be disappointed!

Ordered a cheesticks and a 4 topping large pizza with garlic parmesan crust. Awesome taste. Staff was very friendly. Must recommend everyone this place. Will visit again for sure

This place deserves ZERO STAR! Reasons - (1) The sparse scattering of toppings barely covered half of the pizza on a 4 topping medium pizza, leaving large patches of bare crust exposed with little cheese - happened for second time & after giving feedback over the phone for 1st order - Picture Attached (2) Cooking staff with beard not using face covering or head coverings serving unhygienic food - NOT ACCEPTABLE

I recently visited the pizza store and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend trying their pizzas as they are made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning for more soon!
