Great and courteous service lately, good job. Made a mistake on my pizza, but were very polite and offered to make another one for free or give a choice of a coupons.

Their pizza is really good and the ingredients always taste fresh. They have great in-person deals. They only have 3 bar seats, so it’s better for takeout. The washroom is usually clean, and the staff are professional and timely.

As a vegetarian, I have not seen these many good options in the region. My pizza was very soft and tasty. Do ask the manager for his preference he can costumize it. The man can walk his talk.

I just ordered pizza for delivery. It arrived hot and quick. But to my surprise, when I opened the box, it appeared it had been dropped. I wouldn't have minded if the driver had let me know when delivering it and confirmed that it had not left the box. Customer Service did apologize and offered me a credit for a future order, which I appreciate. It was not my intention. My only suggestion is that the driver communicate what had happened as this wasted pizza could have been avoided.

This needs to stop! Whoever wants to work in the food industry needs to get coached on hygiene whoever is making minimum wage is not a reason to try to scam clients. Making pizza with hands seeing bracelets getting in the dough. The guy working there I saw him stepping out checking on his car touching his tires scratching his face then back to the kitchen without washing his hands. I asked for no spicy food and they made sure to serve spicy pizza and nuggets. Charging me twice the price when she saw me distracted by my child luckily I saw the price and when I asked why did you charge me that price and she replied oh sorry and threw me cash money right away on the counter like if this wasn’t the first time she made that “mistake”. the situation wasn’t natural at all and it didn’t look like a mistake but more like a caught scam even when giving cash, she still owned me another $2. This is not okay to disrespect clients and trying to make money by scamming or saving on hygiene. Also speaking their own language in front of clients is rude

We’ve ordered Panago 3 times over the course of 2 years and this is my first review: I ordered off of Uber Eats to have my order delivered. The cheesecake and jalapeño dip I got was okay. However, the large pizza I ordered was undercooked. I paid $9 in total for toppings ($3 a piece) and I got raw dough and mushrooms looking like they came straight out of the can. I only had noticed when I began to wonder why it was so chewy! Needless to say, the last two times I had ordered were awful experiences as well. I kept giving this place a chance since they’re located right by my condo, but this is the last time.

Dear Panago - I love you. Not only is it very convenient and fast, but it is the best quality chain pizza out there. I love the variety of options. (Different sauces, toppings & dips) The online ordering is so easy and user friendly. Plus the pizza is always ready on time. I’ve tried a few different pizzas but I always come back to the Chicken Club Pizza. The wings were actually awesome too.
