I was excited to try this place but it didn’t meet my expectation at all. When we just sat down the table, server told us right away that they only have one chef today, the food gonna come late , so i can kindly understand . We went there on Wednesday night , it was raining hard so it was not busy , there are only two table already eating their food , we were two just come in but we still had to wait 45mins for two bowl noodle. The lady gave two hibiscus tea for free since we waited so long for our food . I appreciate it .At least the food should be good like wow so my waiting is worthy. But it just so so. My friend got tum yum noodle and it like plain broth with little bit chilli oil and sour ,it did not look like tomyum noodle for us, maybe it’s different style. I ordered stir fried suki noodle, it bit sour for my taste , i was just eating it because I’m so hungry . I hope they will make it better next time

Paddler Thai Boat Noodle is a hidden gem in Toronto! This cute little spot offers authentic Thai dishes that are packed with true Thai savouriness—definitely not commercialized, which I loved. I’ve been searching for a dry noodle dish that compares to the authentic tom yum version I had in LA, and while this one had its own unique twist, it was still absolutely delicious. The Pad See Ew is hands down my favorite! The thick noodles are unlike anything I’ve had before—chewy, full of flavor, and so much wider than what you’d find at other places. Every bite is packed with deliciousness! Our server was incredibly friendly, efficient, and checked on us often, ensuring we had a great experience. With affordable prices and amazing quality, this place is a must-visit for Thai food lovers in the city! Can’t wait to come back!

This Thai restaurant is a hidden gem! The flavors are authentic, with a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and savory. The Thai boat soup is my favorite food here. The staff is friendly, and the cozy atmosphere makes for a great dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Thai food!

It is the best Thai restaurant around here, very authentic. It is also rare to find a good boat noodle place.

The food was amazing and very authentic. We tried Pad See Ew, the Boat Noodle and Mango Sticky Rice. All the dishes were on point and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Another win for Parkdale at Paddler! They have a relatively small menu, and that's very much to their advantage. The environment is very relaxing and would be nice for a date or a quiet meal. Service was friendly and warm. Don't miss the quail egg wontons or Roselle tea (similar to hibiscus + red currant), they were really special! I didn't find the spice behind the spicy label on the red curry, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Delicious food! The river prawn is a 100! The portion for the signature noodle is little bit small if you are hungry. I found the table surface is sticky.

A really cute spot! My friend and I tried it out and everything was really good. The soup I got was really flavourful and really warmed you up on such a cold rainy day. The calamari was good, but I didn’t really enjoy the breading. There also was not enough dipping sauce that came with it. I would definitely return when I’m in the area.
