Ozzy’s Burgers is a gem for burger lovers! We ordered the Notorious BLT and the Classic Cheeseburger, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on, tender and juicy and the best part is that we heard they make their patties fresh. The portions were satisfying, and the prices were reasonable, making it a great value for such quality food. What truly set Ozzy’s apart was the phenomenal customer service. The staff was friendly, and attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy great burgers with excellent service, Ozzy’s Burgers is the place to go. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food was good but still lacking somehow like the chicken and fries were overcooked and the patties for son of a burger was a little bland but my burger the BLT was delicious. The service was alright and the atmosphere is fine as well. I just had higher expectations and it was just good but I’ll still recommend it!

Had the entire restaurant to ourselves cause we showed up on a Tuesday at 6pm! My friends and I had a variety of burgers and we all enjoyed our food! I got the Notorious B.L.T with Cajun fries and a drink and the total came out to ~$24 and it was really filling and tasty! I would highly recommend coming here as the service was great! They also have all the utensils and take-out boxes out in the open, so you can help yourself!

The place was neat and carefully thought out. Wallpaper and any furnishings are well put. The servers were also helpful and accommodating. I wanted to sample a good representation of what they have to offer, so I ordered the Mustang Sally ($15.99) and made it a combo for an additional ($5.99). The order came out in a metal tray to keep everything together and makes it easier to clean up after. Though it was greasy, like expected, I still did enjoy the burger. It was a tall burger with a wooden stick that went through it to keep it standing vertical. What was subpar was the fries that came with the combo. It was one of the more dull tasting fries I can remember having at quick serve restaurants. It was not at all crisp, flavourful, or crunchy. The fries were bland, so I had to tear up a lot of condiment sachets available near the front counter.

I have always enjoyed Ozzy burger chain. We came to this branch after a while. It seems now that now it has been forgotten by the management. The store needs maintenance and cleaning. The burger patties were stale. Hand writing on paper takeout shows the cost focus and less service focus. Would love to come back again to see things improve.

If your looking for a fast food burger..THIS IS NOT!! It's FRESH, flavourful and juicy with every bite. Well worth the wait. The staff is friendly and engaging and portions are a fair size. The booths can all use some upholstery however doesn't take away from the juicy fresh food. They are also gluten free.
