That broth is amazing, I normally like to add a decent amount to my pho but added very little this time. Had the well done beef flank, good portions, very tasty, and paired it with pomegranate juice which really hit the spot. I believe the broth is made over 24 hours and it SHOWS. The space is cozy and comfortable! I'm a bigger girl so good seating is important and it was great here. They also have a cute little die at every table with the menu, Wi-Fi, socials, etc. it's also open late so big plus! I spent some time talking with the owner, and you can tell she loves what she does. She has been working hard at this since before I even moved to the city almost 20 years ago. She was lovely to chat with, very open and caring. Can't wait to be out that way again, treat yourself!

I really do feel bad for giving this place a 2 stars (the staff were very nice and the playlist was banging) but the pricing was pretty absurd. We payed 70$ (including tip) for 2 regular bowls of pho and 2 ice iced coffees. This translates to a 25$ bowl of pho, and a 10$ iced coffee per person. Comparatively, you can get the same order at Pho Tien Tan, the reference for pho in Toronto, for about 55$ (~20% difference). I understand the cost of ingredients is high these days, but its hard to justify such a steep cost as a customer. From a personal perspective, I wasn’t a fan of the broth; the daikon rendered it a bit too sweet and it overall lacked flavor. The beans sprouts and the Thai basil also came as part of the pho as opposed to separately, which was unusual. The menu was also extremely confusing to navigate. It was a kind of DIY, choose your protein and garnishes menu, where the separation between one item and the next was hard to tell. Oh, and the Vietnamese coffee tasted a bit weird. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would visit again.

Dropped in for a quick meal. The Bún bò Huế (BBH) had abundant ingredients, and the broth was rich and spicy with deep layers of flavour. Usually, I add Sriracha, but honestly, this broth was so flavourful I did not need it. My one complaint would be they did not use the right Bùn Chả (Rice noodle) as the noodle was thinner than it should be, which they had a reasonable explanation. I like how customizable you can build your Bún Chả (Rice noodle) and Cơm Sườn (Rice) bowl with meat and garnish choices. Linda was friendly, and the service was fast!

Extraordinary ox tail pho with fall off the bone meat. The spring rolls are delicious and enormous! The Tom Yum is the best I've ever had outside of Southeast Asia! This place is a true gem, it's open late and serves extraordinary food even at the wee hours of the morning. The gorgeous decor, all artisinal art, gives the ecoerience a wonderful atmosphere. So many late night noodle places have the decor of emergency rooms, this place is fancy! You won't feel rushed! I can't recommend oxtail pho enough!

This is, without a doubt, the best pho I’ve ever had! I’ve tried the oxtail pho, medium rare beef pho, BBQ duck pho, and beef short ribs pho so far, and each dish has been phenomenal. The beef short ribs pho, in particular, is my absolute favorite—it comes with a generous portion of BBQ short ribs, packed with rich, savory flavours. What truly sets this place apart is the broth. At most pho spots, I find myself adding hoisin and Sriracha to boost the flavor, but here, the broth is so rich and flavorful that it doesn’t need anything. You can tell it’s been boiled for 24 hours, which gives it that deep, authentic taste that keeps me coming back. The owner is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special, and you can tell she truly cares about her business and her customers’ experiences. One night, I came in close to closing time, and all the chairs were already up. But as soon as we walked in, she put on some music, dimmed the lights, took all the chairs down, and made the place feel so warm and inviting. She even placed candles on our table, turning the evening into such a memorable experience. Moments like that make it stand out from other restaurants - very homey and welcoming. The ambiance is always on point—cozy seating with plush pillows, and they play the perfect mix of current, laid-back music. It’s one of my favourite restaurants, and I come back every week. Highly recommended!

Bizarre. Broth is easily 4/5, but I've never had pho before where they put the beansprouts and herbs in for you, I do not like to add these extras to my pho and prefer the pure taste - the owner said they did this because of COVID - no problem, but if that's the case, why not ask patrons beforehand whether or not they would like x,y,z toppings? This also poses a potential food allergy hazard too - I have an (albeit mild) allergy to beansprouts, but I didn't feel like wasting a whole bowl of food so I continued eating anyways. This is also the first time I've ever had pho where the tendon consisted of ONLY the hard chewy bits, and not the soft buttery texture I come to expect. I know certain cuts have these chewy bits, but it should be a small part of a large, soft tendon. Lastly, the sauce tray for the hoisin/sriracha were these teeny tiny paper ketchup cups? Anyone who knows the traditional way to eat pho knows you dip the meat into the sauces, so this makes it impossible with the exception of the beef balls, also the soupy meat would eventually disintegrate these cups. Service was very kind but a tad overbearing, I'm not a touch sensitive person but moving trays around to make it "easier" (*without* asking beforehand) feels invasive, also if a customer says they are fine to pack their food, please let them do so, 2 different servers should not be coming around to do said thing twice either. Word of advice to the owner: ditch the premium napkins & lime/chili sauce/onions in a fancy paper cup & go back to the basics. If you're low on the right cuts of tendon, better to just not sell it. Beansprout plate should be seperate. Thanks

It's pretty pricey but the food looks high quality, I had 5 of big mussels and lots of shrimp in my seafood pho. The food was just kinda bland for me and my family. The customer service was great. Theango smoothie was delicious, just hard to drink because of the ice

This is a small family-owned outfit on Dundas west of Bathurst. However the pho quality is anything but superb. I had the house combo to go with its house made broth, the Loved You Pho. To be honest the $28 pricing was higher than I expected. I was even more surprised by the huge quantity of meat in my pho bowl. There were beef flank, ribeye beef slices, beef tripe, beef balls and chicken breast slices. The pho was also served very hot, the authentic way to allow the rare beef and accompaniment like bean sprouts and Thai basil to be ‘cooked’ just right. Though I didn’t sense any remnants of msg, I think the broth was a tab too salty IMHO. I was however impressed by the rice noodles which didn’t become starchy and lose its firmness as I slowly worked through the dish. Nonetheless this pho bowl had properly fulfilled my craving 😊
