This restaurant is a scam. I placed an order through Uber last night, and right after I did, they changed the delivery time. I immediately canceled the order within minutes, yet I was still charged for the full amount. They claimed it was because they had already prepared my meal. But how can they prepare an order so quickly when the delivery time was set for an hour later? It doesn’t make sense. I’ll definitely never order from this fraudulent restaurant again.

On Nov 24th 8:45pm 2024 I went to this location, I ordered a regular chicken wrap, whom was serving me blew my mind. I entered the restaurant where the gentleman who was taking my order and serving me was on his phone, understandable end of the day probably trying find a way home. But when it came to preparing my food, he remained on the phone, put the plastic gloves on and proceeded to make my food. The same gloves in which he was preparing my food was the same gloves he used to hold his phone. When confronted that I didn't want the wrap because of being unsanitary from touching my food picking up his phone with the same gloves that was preparing my food he said to me I'm on the phone with the manager. I don't care if your on the phone with your dieing mother. You CAN NOT be touching my food then holding your phone with the same gloves very unprofessional and not sanitary. I asked him have you obtain your food handlers certificate. He asked me what's that ......... Will never go back to this location Be careful when you go here too.

Had the most amazing food. I ordered half chicken & half fries Shawarma and it was the best decision ever. Even the staff is very poliet. 👍🏻👍🏻⭐️

Not one to leave nasty comments but this has been reoccurring and I'm starting to not enjoy spending $15-20 for stingy portions. I have been going to this location for over a year now and I started noticing their portion becoming lesser and lesser in size over time. I let it go numerous amounts of times, but I could literally see more cheese curds in my poutine than fries as the employee was preparing it today. The portions are always inconsistent and the employees are also very shy with the garlic sauce. I have asked them to add more multiple times, and I have been denied a couple times saying that "that would cost extra". The new management should definitely look into this. You can see in the pictures, the portions which used to be full up until the lid of the container, now barely make the bottom half of the box. Really disappointed!
