The staff seemed completely uninterested. It took far too long for anyone to acknowledge me, and when they finally did, it felt like they were doing me a favor by taking my order. I specifically ordered Chicken on the Rocks and asked for extra sauces to ensure it wasn’t dry. However, when I got home, I found barely any sauce on the dish. The chicken was dry, the rice was bland, and the whole meal lacked any flavor or care in its preparation. I rarely write negative reviews, but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth—both literally and figuratively—that I feel compelled to warn others. Save yourself the disappointment, time, and money, and look elsewhere.

I been there few days ago with my friends, and all the vegan stuff was very good, well same like all osmows, but we were impressed by the service of that Indian guy (I think Hritik), we offered him job at our restaurant but he was loyal to his owner. And One should learn work ethics from him.

I ordered a super chicken wrap with “all toppings except lettuce”. Chicken was moist, plentiful, and the pita was pressed perfectly. Probably one of the best Osmow’s wraps I’ve ever had. (They can be bad sometimes…) Unfortunately, it had been topped with nothing but lettuce. I told the staff and they remade another super without any hesitation at all. Great food and service this time around. 👍

I recently visited Osmow’s Shawarma at 5969 Baldwin St S, Whitby, and had an amazing experience! I tried the Half and Half plate, which came with a generous portion of chicken shawarma served on half rice and half fries. The food was packed with flavor, and the portion size was perfect. The garlic and tahini sauces added a delicious, creamy touch to the meal. The staff was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. Overall, if you’re looking for tasty shawarma in Whitby, this Osmow’s location won’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently tried the chicken wrap at Osmow’s, and it was absolutely fantastic! The wrap was stuffed with tender, juicy chicken that was perfectly seasoned with a blend of Mediterranean spices.
