My friend and I just went to the Osmows near my house and I did not have a good experience. I went in and gave clear instructions about what meal I wanted and it was as if I was speaking Chinese. I had to repeat myself three times and I let the staff know that I have a dairy allergy and that I requested little to no sauce on my meal. I waited for over 10 minutes and watched about six or seven people get their food before me. My friend received his meal, even though I put my order in first as well. And once they were finishing making my meal, the girl who was dressing the meal with the sauce doused it instead of putting a little amount. I am writing this as I’m on my way home so I haven’t even eaten it yet, but I just wanted to write this review because I’m disappointed and won’t be going back. The interior of the restaurant was really clean though , and everyone else who came in and ordered receive their food within minutes so I’ll give them that.

I recently visited Osmow's Shawarma and had an amazing experience, thanks in large part to the excellent service provided by their staff, especially DC. The food was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, but what really stood out was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the team. DC went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, offering helpful recommendations with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff made the meal even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back, not just for the delicious shawarma, but for the exceptional service as well! Highly recommend!

Night shift needs to learn to read and follow customer's order notes hence why that section exists. Ignoring/Refusing to not accommodate requests is simply bad customer service. This is not the first occurrence. In the past I had a safety problem due to the chicken being under cooked. Which is why I ask for it to be chopped into smaller pieces and well done. Instead including the chunkiest pieces that look unappealing is just disappointing. I don't understand why they feel it's unnecessary to provide the service a customer requests. This sadly reflects poorly on the employers and they will loose repeat and loyal customers. I don't mind waiting an extra 5-10 minutes so I can be satisfied with what I'm paying for. Stop diminishing the quality of the product. You're working with food not assembling something.

My first visit here. The service was amazing! Jagroop patiently helped us pick out our orders - even though we had many questions. The chicken shawarma half and half was delicious. The “little” spice was perfect for me :)
