Danish is the best worker I have been serviced by in a very long time. He takes his job seriously and has provided the best customer service then any other Osmow in the GTA. He’s a worker that understands great customer service and should be a leader on how to service Osmow customers. Good job Danish!

I have been eating at Osmow's for almost 2 years now and never have ever faced any rude behavior from the staff until now. I was at the store around 7:30 on a Sunday and ordered my regular order. I decided to make one change to my order by asking them to make it a bit spicy. The moment I made the change the person who was taking my order spoke to me very rudely saying " MEDIUM OR LIGHT" in a loud tone. I did not like the way he spoke and I will not be eating over at this location again!!

Found what looks like dead maggots or worms in Chicken shawarma poutine. I ordered this on November 4th 2024. At first I thought it was just parts of the chicken until i inspected it, in a magnifying glass you can see the scales of the worms. Very nasty and unhygienic

Visited this store and had chicken saj meal box that comes with fries and 3 inner veggie options for saj . Over all the place was busy and food felt good n fresh va other osmows i have been to. Recommend to try their saj meal .

The cashier who was also making the shawarma, was handling his cell phone with his gloves and on a personal call while making my shawarma. Shawarma was good but hygiene needs to be maintained

Woah man. Mohammad gave us the best deal for students. It was only $11.29 for a chicken on rice and a pop can. The meal was enough for 2, no jokes. I am so happy that I came here. Amazing people work here. It's very close to my college. The only drawback is lack of parking space otherwise 10/10.

First time here to this location. I got the philly cheese steak wrap. Very tasty, the only problem was the green pepper cubes were too big and the steak was a little tough.
