Osmow's Shawarma

I ordered chicken and beef on rocks and chicken shawarma. I asked for the garlic sauce on the chicken/beef rocks to be on the side and they give me the tiniest sauce container ever. Other locations give the garlic sauce on the sachet but this one gives you the garlic sauce in an extremely small container that hypothetically wouldn’t even cover the full size of the rocks order. Might as well not ask for the sauce on the side. The beef is alright, but the quality of the chicken is very below average. It’s toasted, hard, and mostly shredded. It should not be shredded. Then the chicken shawarma I asked for mild and oh man did they go hard on the hot sauce and barely any garlic sauce. Couldn’t even eat it. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. A rude staff member with a black turban and short height made me wait outside in the cold, even though there was no line, while my friend waited 5 minutes for his order. My food had small portions, undercooked rice, and barely any sauce. The same staff member prepared it poorly. Most of the staff is slow it took them an hour to serve 25 people.

I just picked up two chicken on the rocks and a falafel wrap for the $5 special for today only after visiting Costco. I understand it was a busy day and overwhelming to say the least. The chicken did not taste like shawarma type chicken and the rice was under cooked. The Falafel wrap was good because it was made fresh before they assembled it. Not sure if I would come back after today.

When fast food costs what it costs now, there has to be an expectation for acceptable service and food presentation. I spend $40-50 at least once a week at Osmows and don’t expect to have to argue about my order. Cutting corners with portion and packaging makes me not want to come back to this location again. Please….visit another relocation or give your business where your money and patronage is respected. The staff should visit other locations too and see for themselves. Hollow wraps and missing toppings, inverted containers all amount to theft from the client.

August 20/24- coming back from Costco and I felt hungry and I wanted to try this place so why not! I came in not expecting much but this place makes hard rice food but they added a lot of sauce and my girlfriend suggested it to me! I’m bringing it up to a three cause your falafel wrap was delicious!

The worst shawarma I ever had from any osmow’s location. I waited 25-30 min for my order . chicken wasn’t ready. I paid extra for garlic sauce and after all these mess we got this. Even the cashier was very rude. The food is not edible at all cause chicken is very cold hard to chew. Looks stale. I want a total refund for my order.

Honestly the worst Shawarma I have ever tasted! The chicken was so dry it was hard, the fries were overcooked and literally sticks! After and couple of bites, I threw everything in the garbage! If your in Etobicoke go to Shelby's legendary shawarma! A few more dollars, but far better.
