Their spice levels aren’t consistent with other osmows locations. Their extra hot is a medium at other locations. I went from their medium to hot to extra hot this time thinking it’ll be close to hot at other locations, but it was underwhelming. I also asked for extra garlic sauce but it was barely enough, and I know what extra garlic sauce should look and taste like.

A fantastic dining spot offering delicious Middle Eastern Halal cuisine. The restaurant is impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, providing service with a warm smile. The food is full of flavor, leaving you eager to return for more. The chicken poutine is especially delightful—tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic, satisfying meals!

The store inside is clean, staff are welcoming as soon as you walk in the front door which is a surprise for most fast food stores who don’t great you till you actually order. Food is always fresh and I have no issues with portion sizing. For the shawarma wraps, I wished they kept it on the grill press for longer by default, but I usually ask to keep it on the grill a bit longer anyway.

I am a regular customer. I always take wraps and fries too sometimes. The quantity and quality both are superb. The staff is so nice, composed and friendly. The ambiance is neat, calm and cozy. I really like dine-in at this outlet. So, all I say is… I’m loving it!!

Guys never even go to this place , as they provide with low quantity than expected... I have been visiting Osmow's since an year , but this Outliet provides with lesser quantity than others.. Not satisfied with their servings... As I ordered chicken on Stix, but there was no enough chicken... Really pathetic

The place is clean and the design is fantastic. The food was so fresh and crisp and delish for the price. The staff there are hardworking and super polite; this place was a treat and a major upgrade from the previous restaurant that was here. Great atmosphere ♡ 10/10 recommend anyone should try it out!

The location of the new establishment is just east of Midland. I was fortunate enough to be present on the first day of its opening. The quality of the food is consistent with its reputation, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone residing in the Scarborough area.
