It was my first time coming to this location at Billy Bishop and for sure I will be back. The customer service I received from Sean was absolutely helpful and he was very happy to answer all my questions. He was a delight and made great suggestions, which helped me decide what to order. The food was so delicious and worth the money I spent. Thanks again Sean.

I love Osmow’s for the taste. Staffs are treating customers very nicely. However, on a couple of recent visits I mentioned I do not want the fries to be deeply over fried and seems no body cares of the health and well being of the customers, my added photo is showing the portion I did not eat because of being over greasy and literally fries are burnt. I would recommend to ask the staff to avoid putting the fries in deep oil for long time.

Food and service is very good. I came here with a friend who was visiting the country and the food and service was very good. The employees are welcoming and nice to talk to. I highly recommend the lamb shawarma wrap and you can make it spicy. Also the Greek salad is very good. Definitely worth coming to alone or with friends

Absolutely thrilled with Osmows Swarma! As a regular customer, I can confidently say their service is consistently outstanding. The quality of the food is always top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Keep up the fantastic work—you guys are rocking it!

This is my fav location. They're generous with the portions and the staff are always patient with all my changes. When i say extra garlic, i get extra garlic! Other locations charge for hot sauce on the side but this one understands that I need an amount that's in btwn the spice level options. Ingredients have always tasted fresh.

Not a fan of Mediterranean food but this brand maybe my second thought 😂 We had large portion in each serving. Tasted good (a little salty to me but fine to my roommates) A bit long wait time when we walk in. I just moved to the condo next to this location so definitely will come back when in the mood of other cuisine than my original country.
