Osmow’s is a Mediterranean restaurant that has been feeding local communities since 2001. From fresh Chicken Shawarma, to home-made Falafel, we have always been able to satisfy the cravings of our guests. We are Canadian owned and proud to say that the Chicken Shawarma we serve is never frozen. Our unique spices and sauces are made from scratch using our secret, family owned recipes. I ordered my normal chicken box with rice and salad; Garlic and tahini sauce in hopes to have a good dinner. I've been under the weather and today has been the first day that I'm feeling up to eating a solid meal. My order got delivered and unfortunately someone working at the restaurant felt it was right to not make my order correctly. Not like I am a paying customer or knowing my situation at all. There was little to no chicken at all, a ton of rice. The garlic sauce was missing completely. Very little tahini on the salad. Tried getting some support and nothing. I would like a resolution.

I pay 2 dollars everytime for a topping and have tried it with different staff. I don't even get about 3 grams of turnip and onions for 2-3 dollars. This is despite saying add extra. The staff expect me tip them despite their BS service. Worst osmows ever!

A fast food Mediterranean restaurant. I was quite surprised a fast food restaurant can be big enough to accommodate more than 20 people. Quality of the food (from a fast food restaurant) was higher than I expected. However, I had to take 1 Star away from atmosphere because the owner put a Taoist bagua inside the restaurant above the entrance door. I mean, this is not a Chinese restaurant, man. So, I guess Mainland China could be the owner’s home country.

It was 12:20AM and were supposed close at 2:00AM but they didn’t let me dine in or instead they asked me to take out. Also I asked for a medium spicy but it was spicy as hell. Worst experience ever!!!

It's been a while since I've left a review for a restaurant but I'm supremely disappointed by the food that was delivered to me today from Osmow's. I received a salad with a lot of product that was about to expire, or was expired. That included sour tahini sauce, old garlic sauce on the salad, hot sauce that looks old and separated, burnt pita chips and chicken that as you can see in the photos, looks gray. I don't know what else to say other than do better, guys. It sucks to spend a premium to get these items delivered to enjoy at home and then I find such a low quality lunch. I'm so bummed out I spent my hard earned money on what was to be my Friday treat.

I asked the guy in the glasses to add the spice sauce and he didn’t add that. Also less garlic sauce. How do I eat it? It’s too dry.
