I come here all the time and is usually 5 stars, I just left your establishment with a spoon, no bag and cold fries from a “freshly made meal” the girl working at the counter should be removed immediately and work at Tim Hortons with that work ethic.

Absolutely fantastic! The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The meal was fresh, and the balance of sauces and toppings was spot on. I also loved how generous they were with the portions without compromising quality.

The staff members are all really polite and go above and beyond for customer service. The service is fast, and the food is awesome! Great work by the entire team and management! There's also a very good vibe for dining in!

Twice I've been to this location and had an issue. During my most recent experience, i didn't get the extra garlic i asked for and there was no hot sauce. The chicken tasted old. I drive back 20 min just to get my meal exchanged. The man that helped me was very apologetic and made sure I tried and approved the chicken before making me a new meal. The service was good until I was forced to write a positive Google review. He brought out the QR code and insisted I scan it in front of him. So here's your review sir!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Harnoor and Parbh at Osmos. From the moment I walked in, their warm greetings and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Osmos, and especially commend Harnoor and Parbh for their outstanding service. They are a true asset to the team. Thank you for making my dining experience unforgettable!

All Osmow’s Shawarma restaurants are not equal. Some are way better than others, this one is the best in terms of cleanliness and their energetic and welcoming staff. The food are fantastic. Nothing to complain. They deserve a shout-out to the community. So, they deserve a 5 star review. Highly recommended.
