Osmow's Shawarma

Their staff Megha, Welly and Gaurangi sets the standard for service industry, i had a train in morning and like had no where to sit for they made sit there, the staff is the Sweetest and Nicest💙 Osmows is known for food but staff like them MAKES IT 1000/100….. Keep it up guys thank you so much again!! Being someone who worked at fast food they were the best people in the space of serving. all hearts to you be the inspiration guys in making world a better place😊😊😊

Bought a beyond steak shawarma box before the Taylor swift eras tour. This thing was so good and so big, that it powered me through a 6 hour concert and I still wasn’t hungry at the end of the night. Also, loved the vegan options!!

I ordered this having very high expectations, I am very let down. I asked them to make it fresh, cause who knows how long it was sitting there collecting bacteria, I read previous reviews, i spent $50, its not about the money, i called the resturant and the employee was so rude. I encourage you to order from somewhere else. Man its always the indians, no disrespect though, we all have to make a living. Oh, and my drinks were missing, as well as my brownie. Me being pregnant I was very let down, as that still is my pregnancy craving.

Update: Over the last 2 weeks I have thrown about 5 sandwiches in the garbage. Looks like they heat the chicken from last night or last week I don’t know in the water. So it should never be called shawarma. I still appreciate the customer service but honestly the food quality is garbage. Management should do something about the food I recently visited Osmow's Shawarma restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and authentic, the shawarma wrap was packed with flavor and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was lively and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I did take note that there did not seem to be any Middle Eastern people working at the restaurant. While it is not a requirement for employees to be from the same cultural background as the cuisine they serve, it can be helpful for authenticity and cultural understanding in the preparation of the food. Nevertheless, this did not affect the quality of my meal and overall experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Osmow's Shawarma for its delicious food and enjoyable atmosphere
