Will never order uber eats from here again. Driver was great. Ordered half rice/half fries with beef with lettuce and pickles…they loaded it with onions instead of pickles.

Ordered a falafal wrap. The lady (gave me half cooked falafel. She wasn’t friendly at all. Was probably watching something on her phone. She didn’t even add fries in the wrap, yet i asked her to add fries. When i confronted her about the fries, she was like we dont have fries! In my 2 years of living in Toronto, and eating osmow’s almost every 2 weeks, this location is the worst ever i have ever been to. She refused to give me another wrap and gave me a refund. She refused to give me her name as well in order for me to make a complaint to headoffice

Be careful , they definitely try to punch in more than what you order. Make sure you check your reciept.... scammers for sure and the place looked dirty, so did the workers

Osmow's slaps as usual. They charged me for extra garlic sauce which I've never seen before. But he put a lot, so that's fine.

I ordered a platter and then one regular but the guy was putting too less quantity on both of the containers. He was putting regular in the large and in the regular he was putting a less than regular so he was pretending that he is doing a great job, but actually he was deceiving the people. Chicken was also not prepared in a standard way and was stored in the container. Was not much fresh. Very disappointed

Music was way too loud. Partner ordered chicken on stix. Got chicken on rox. When he went to fix the order, the woman said they were sure my partner said on the rox. Rice is difficult for my partner to stomach. He would have really liked fries. Even though we said no spice on the orders, there was spice on both. Luckily we are not allergic to tomato as there was some tomato on my wrap. The food was below subpar in flavour for the price.

I ate inside the restaurant. I asked for chicken on the rocks with fries. I did not get this. They gave me fries on the side. I got rice which I don't like. By the time I was able to eat the fries they were cold so I left them. The counter I ate at was dirty. There was stuff left over from the person before me. I asked for a Coke and a straw. They don't have straws,or cups that I could put the coke in, so I asked for my money back. With COVID and everything, I don't think someone should be drinking out of a Coke can that has been handled by different people's hands, at various points from the box, to the fridge to the counter. I have eaten at the Osmos in Belleville and other locations and had no problem giving them five stars. I can't give this one more than three. I did not enjoy my meal. I definitely won't be back.
