The Indian lady at the checkout counter is a racist. She only smiles and acts polite with fellow Indian customers. When I tell her that I work in the mall so that I can get a discount on my meal she always gives me a dirty look and starts acting stand offish and rude, and acts as if I’m lying. I have asked my coworkers and they’ve said the same about her. I’m never coming back unless she gets fired. I’m sick of wasting my hard earned money just to be discriminated against and met with hostility. Disgusting establishment.

The Oz Box (Chicken Shawarma and House Salad) was good and fills you up. The house salad was super fresh and delicious. The chicken shawarma was tender and delicious. Wish they were more generous with the chicken shawarma portion instead of the boat load of rice. That said, rice was flavourful though. Their garlic sauce on the chicken shawarma was awesome, a great compliment with the chicken shawarma.

I recently visited Osmow's and had a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the excellent service provided by Meenu and Karen. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and recommended the chicken on salad, which turned out to be a delicious choice. The flavors were fresh, and the portion was generous.

Worst food I’ve had in years. The food tasted awful & the falafel was burnt on the outside & raw on the inside. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. This was the Osmow’s in Yorkdale Shopping Center in north York

I ordered at Osmow's Shawarma at Yorkdale. It was horrible. I don't know what portion of the food was not suitable to eat as it was drenched in the sauce. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma the meat was saggy. The salad was just as bad. To be honest it made my stomach so sick that I would not return. Would not recommend this location

It is a good shawarma place. Was not busy so i came by and got myself a chicken shawarma wrap combo. The wrap was pretty juicy and i picked most of the toppings available. Overall it is good for a quick bite.
