Had a good experience during my last visit. Sachin was very good at dealing customers. He was very attentive and friendly even in the early morning 6 am. That was absolutely amazing. The dining space and the entire area was neat. And of course the food was also good. Definitely going there again and again.

Always put stale veggies and never send any condiments. How is one supposed to eat when no cutlery? Dont assume everyone to be at home!

I ordered the beef half and half through Uber Eats on Tuesday, October 15, but received beef on the rocks instead. I tried reaching out to the store to resolve the issue, but my calls went unanswered both that day and the next. I'm quite disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I finally got in touch with them today, staff informed me that management is not in but told me to write a Google review lol. Weird how they want the negative reviews up

this is the worst Osmows store I have ever eaten. I ordered a chicken on the rocks and they have sent over burnt rice. couldn't eat it because of the charred smell. once they have sent uncooked chicken which was smelling raw. once they have sent half the portion. the first time i ordered, they didn't send the items i have ordered. edited : after my review, i checked the previous reviews and all are related (i dint see atleast one positive review). hat's off to the owner, to be soo kind with his staff regardless of their reckless handling of food. the owner wants his staff to continue the same way they are. 👏🏻👏🏻

Tried to buy Chicken shawarma on the rocks on National Shawarma day. I understand it’s very busy and everyone should wait patiently for their food. But firstly when I got to order I was told by the worker to make all the spice levels the same because it’s “easier” what if I wanted a bunch of spice and my friend wanted less spice it’s unjust. Once I received my food after waiting 40 minutes I go drive 30 minutes home to eat after my long day to me eating burnt chicken and rice. It tastes like charcoal and is inedible. I bought for me and 3 others to enjoy and now we’re all sitting here with nothing to eat and down $25 . Not worth the gas to go complain when it’s so busy they wouldn’t even listen. Do better Osmows

Ordered a large box of chicken on the rocks. They kept too much garlic sauce and the rice completely soaked in the sauce. Rice quantity is too low. Not enough for one person. I'm totally disappointed with the food.

Just bought a large chicken on the rocks. Rice was dry , hard and stale. Chicken was dry and stale. Had to throw away the meal. Not even fit for a dog. They are very busy and it seems they are compromising quality for sales. Very disappointing . Tried calling them - they don’t answer. Very poor and don’t recommend. They are 24 hrs and should not be serving food
