Osmow’s Shawarma

I like the student deal here but I don't know why the service is different everywhere like staff behavior and deals. Sometimes it is too good sometimes it's like that's enough I will not visit again

I had a fantastic experience at Osmow's Shawarma ,The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned chicken shawarma, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. I especially loved their 'Chicken on the Rocks' dish; it was flavorful and satisfying. The staff were friendly and quick, ensuring my order was correct and served promptly. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, a great spot for Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommend trying their signature sauces for an extra kick

The food was good enough for a food court in a shopping mall. But I think that’s all. The depression was decent and the spiciness was really spicy. The staff were very fast and the line moves quite speedy.

Disappointed with the chicken Shawarma wrap. Osmow’s is supposed to be good. But they had the chicken already sliced and sitting in a warmer. It was over dried and honestly the texture was bad. What’s the point of a shawarma if you’re not slicing it fresh? The sauces were good though. But wouldn’t recommend buying a shawarma from this location.

Decent sharwarma wrap and plate. However, somehow while eating theirs, i kept thinking of the other shawarma I had from Paramount @ Union. This outlet has a queue every other day hence why I had to try it. Verdict: try-able if you're out of food option

The chicken shawarma was delicious. I suggest you try it with garlic sauce and hot sauce. I ordered a large size chicken shawarma that you can add toppings like tomatoes, pickles, jalapenos, cheese.

probably top 5 best options for food at the eaton centre food court. the chicken shawarma wrap was almost perfect - it could have used a bit less sauce and a bit more meat but the flavours were still very balanced regardless. overall, i enjoyed my meal <3 !! i will absolutely be coming back in the future for a convenient way to fulfill my shawarma cravings. solid 7.5/10 !!

Portions and service are good at this location. I'm sure a higher number of tourists may be stopping by this location so I think it's helpful to say don't expect amazing shawarma from osmows. It's more of a chain and the home/creator of a staple gta shawarma dish - chicken on the rocks - chicken shawarma over rice smothered in garlic sauce, tahini, and hot sauce. Quality is usually not that great, and chicken is by no means prepared like a traditional/authentic shawarma spot - more akin to what taco bell is to "mexican or Tex Mex". That said, their sauces are amazing and while it may not be for everyone, their chicken on the rocks is a guilty pleasure of mine. This location seems to hold higher standards compared to others so if you're going to try osmows this is a good spot to do so!
