I recently dined at Osmow’s Shawarma and found the ambiance to be quite pleasant. However, I was extremely disappointed with the chicken shawarma bowl, as the portion size was notably small. I hope the restaurant can improve the quantity of chicken in their servings to enhance the dining experience.

Tonight I was served by Navneet around 12:30 September 13th st the Grantham plaza. She was very welcoming and very sweet when I walked in. I asked her much a Large fry would be and I hesitated as I didn't know if I had enough, she could tell probably by my expression. She was so incredibly kind to offer me a bigger size for the same price. She insisted and didn't make me feel any different for it. When my order was ready she had me check the order only to find that she dressed the top of my fries with some salad . It is probably the kindest thing Anyone has ever done for me and I told her that I actually haven't eaten for a day and a half now and how much I appreciate what she's done for me. She also offered I take a can of pop onTOP of this sweet gesture . There's not enough or good enough words to express my thanks to her. Navneet, please know how wonderful and kind you are and how much I appreciate what you've done for me 💛 it's people like yourself who make people, myself included , believe there are some good people still out in the world. The food is very good as well I'm impressed ! I will definitely be visiting Osomows again and again 💛💛 Thank you Navneet 💛

Incredible food! Very fresh toppings and lots of meat on the food. I got the falafel and it was top notch delicious! Owner and staff always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your meal. Must try!!

I've been thinking why osmow's is so good. now i know because i ordered a wrap and that's the best wrap i ever had till now. so large in quantity, we have wide variety of toppings to try with. their sauces are like so creamy and juicy. the best part is you get the food what you paid for. Another thing made this location best is their customer support. damn this girl helped me with different options they have and she was super friendly and respectful. Their kitchen was so clean and they have more space to dine in. if you haven't been there, give it a try and it will be superb
