I used to be a regular customer to this particular location. But after what they did to my order. I am not returning back. I think the night shift guys should be supervised for better service and quality of food.

Came back to edit rating upon proprietor request. 1) chain restaurants, while great at consistency are usually mediocre at experience and atmosphere, osmow's is no different, good albeit a little greasy for my taste, efficient production and delivery to the customer, cavernous store front results in an atmosphere that is loud and somewhat cold deters me from eating in. Will I eat your food again? Yes absolutely. Is it my favorite shawarma? No, but it's alright, and I like that you consistently have lamb available

I shouldn’t even give one star to them. I’m so disappointed ONLY with this branch. We didn’t have any option as the other store was closed but we never ate the food we bought as the food was utterly disgusting. The smell was rotten, it tasted like the sauces were really old I guess. This store is ruining the name of Osmow’s. The manager should look into this. Would never recommend anybody to go to this store.

Ok tasting shawarma. Prices are not the best. I just avoid this chain as much as possible. $1.50 plus tax for some tazaki added to the wrap, unacceptable price for a line of taziki. The amount of protein seem to gone up from borderline to decent after lots of complaints. $15 for a poutine with chicken should be bigger or lower price, lower price of $10 would be better.

Ordered super size chicken shawarma, stuffing inside less chicken lettuce tomato onions everything less but more pita wrap. First time visit this branch and disappointed dont wanna come back

I have made a new review for this restaurant. Last week I was not happy with my takeout order. After calling the store to report my issues they offered to make me my same order for free. Tonight I took them up on it. My meal was made perfectly and I was greeted by the owner who questioned me on my last experience. He was a lovely gentleman who made good on his word and seemed genuinely interested in my feed back. Thank you so much for keeping your word. I will be back for sure!

We came to eat and we ATE. The serving sizes are huge, the prices are excellent. The service is wonderful. This was my second time coming to Osmow’s and it is so delicious and leaves a craving to come back for more. Do yourself a favour, and try the Baklava Cheesecake after your meal. Yummy!
