I recently visited this Ozmow's, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! The shawarma was absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent service. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of, offering helpful suggestions and making me feel right at home. It's rare to find such a friendly, attentive staff that truly cares about the customer's experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to friends and family. Highly recommend!

One of the worst Osmows ever been to. The saj was stupidly small and no meat in it at all for 15 CAD! Very disappointing

Worst location. Got chicken on the rocks. Rice wasn’t cooked and the chicken was cold. These guys just prepare the chicken in the morning and then just keep it in the container. This isn’t how shawarma suppose to be. Only thing is location is convenient for truckers. Everything was undercooked. Took one bite and the box went straight to garbage.

I wish I can swear on here. One of the worst osmow’s in town. Ordered a poutine from here and literally saw him put him 3 chunks of cheese. The fries are not fresh nor the meat. 0/5 service.

I order chicken on the rocks(rice) and a falafel wrap on uber eats. The food was gross. Rice was raw and not edible, portion was half And top of it seems like they put only few drops of garlic sauce. However, after placing my order I contacted to restaurant and requested to make the order well done. It was a girl on the phone and she made sure that my order will be correct but they sent only raw rice and insufficient portion. Guyz You should understand that customer is spending too much on the food and expecting good portion and quality of food. I think they don’t believe in giving a good customer service.

Philly Cheese Steak (meat and cheese only) is hard to pallet (flavor is unpleasant). I'm not sure if it is the beef seasoning or cheese that tastes bad. The meat is old and reheated, which is not what you expect from shawarma. Fries are ok, but not fresh or crispy. Visiting from Kansas City and staying at the hotel next door and wish I ventured further out for my first meal in Mississauga.
