I loved grabbing chicken shawarma wrap. Osmow's is my go to place, but it was my first time having food at this location. The wrap was good. Simriti took my order and she gave me such a delicious wrap. The co workers are really empathetic and helpful. And it's near to my work, so will be visiting here every now and then! Cheers!

The person who helped was very patient as I am not used to ordering there. He helped me put together my order. The food smells delicious. The place is very clean. I can’t wait to dig in Food:10/10

I ordered two items: chicken on the rocks and a wrap. The chicken on the rocks came with no sauce. Oddly enough the wrap had sauce in it. This indicates to me that either: (a) one of the employees is lazy or (b) he or she is incompetent. In any case keep an eye on your order when they make your food or they will undoubtedly mess it up.

It was my first time being there. I was really hungry and then one of the member name Kanchan really helped me in telling me what is there special. She made the wrap as I would like to have it with the veggies I prefer. I really liked the wrap as it was my first experience. I always put reviews and rarely ask the associate name for it.

The actual filling/ quantity of food is so much lesser than what they market. See for yourself in the pictures. 1/3rd the quantity of food is served from whats advertised. Upgraded from 10” to 13” wrap for $3 and the bottom 1.5” of each side was legit empty. Unfortunately the quality of osmos is going down and down Got a free coke for a review (before I saw my meal) so 🤷🏻♀️

A very clean restaurant and good customer service. The chicken shawarma sandwich was made to order and was good. Chicken on the rocks was great and plenty. Quick service and very efficient. Falafel could be better, as it was average.

Went it feeling for just a salad, but the chicken poutine looked so yummy I decided to try that instead. It was highly recommended by the cashier as well. When we went it they were actually busy so we got our food quickly. I made the one mistake of not watching them make my food. I do not like a lot of sauce on my food. When it came, it was saturated with sauces . Overall, minus the extra sauces, the poutine was very tasty, and you get a sizeable portion . The restaurant was clean and staff was great.
