The quality of food here continues to go downhill. The last 2 orders have consistently been worse then the prior, most recent was not edible. Extremely disappointed, go to one of the other places in Bowmanville/Courtice for Shawarma

I’ve liked the food here but I was compelled to write a review this time. I never do this. A tall man serving me did not wear any gloves. The women were wearing them and this guy had no gloves on handling food directly after touching the cash register. It wasn’t like he was just touching handles either he was brushing his hands across the food. I couldn’t believe how he thought that was okay or normal. Clearly it’s a policy as everyone was wearing them. I guess he just felt it wasn’t worth his time to serve sanitary food. It very much disgusted me. Come on guys. It’s the bare minimum. Get disciplined and keep things clean. You can’t be in business doing that.

The person i assume to be the manager was extremely rude and short when taking orders. Not only was he rude but he got my order wrong and had to restart. The cost compared to amount of food was decent, but only because it was 5$ shawarma day. Regularly the cost is almost 20$ for a unflavoured poorly made wrap.

I got 2 orders of chicken on the sticks honestly wasted my money . The fries are cheap quality could of been better.... little tip costco has some fries made by Kirkland much better . The chicken was warm gray and had no taste. The tahini and garlic sauce no taste .

Visited around 1115pm on August 19, ordered a chicken on the stix with very little spice. Employee put a large X of hot sauce on my meal. Too spicy to eat or enjoy. I ended up throwing it out.

Wow..... total bad food. The lettuce is shredded, probably to hide the lack of quality and freshness. But if you pay attention, you will find little brown slimy pieces all through it. The beef is tough and is terrible quality, not fresh by any means. What a terrible customer experience. I would never come back. They have a chance to make good food every single order, but obviously, they don't care. I expect a decent quality product for the price you have to pay.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osmow's and trying their Special Oz Box with rice and salad. Not only was the food a delightful treat, but the exceptional service provided by our server, Raktim, made the experience truly memorable. Let's start with the star of the show, the Special Oz Box. This mouthwatering dish consisted of perfectly cooked rice, a generous portion of tender and flavorful grilled chicken, and a refreshing salad. Here is a comparison of the same order. First one from this location. Tiny amount of toppings not worth $2.25 extra and forgot the tomato I asked for And the other photo is the Ajax location where I’ve have rated 5 star You can see the care and quality difference clearly.. Edit: after getting a response from the restaurant I’ve now change my review from 2 stars to 1. Unprofessional
