First and most importantly the food was very tasty and priced well. You can tell that due to it being a smaller business it took a bit of a hit during the pandemic and it doesn't seem they've fully recovered which you can see displayed from the still remaining Plexiglass, to the chalkboard still showing the once was mandates, to the shirts asking customers to social distance. Overall this diner definitely deserves any and all praise despite the slightly outdated interior. If you find yourself looking for a nice breakfast this is definitely the right place to start.

Extremely filling, absolutely delicious, best breakfast. I love that the home fries s are origina real potatoes real crispy but soft and well seasoned big slice of ham bacon and eggs cooked perfectly, Definitely recommend you go try had a great experience left with a full belly happy taste buds highly recommend you go try you will not be disappointed. Thank you we will be returning.

Food wasn’t great, what kind of omelette does not come with cheese? Service wasn’t good coffee or tea wasn’t re filled throughout the whole meal. Lady asked if we wanted more after we paid. Would not recommend

Amazing homemade food! Friendly service and extremely clean! Prices are very reasonable. Best kept secret breakfast spot in st. Catharines. Grilled cheese with bacon and pickles is off the charts amazing!

Your typical old school diner. Had the big breakfast. Can't go wrong...and real home fries, none of those deep fried cubes. My wife had the chicken souflaki...which was a big Greek salad covering a pita, with a skewer of chicken on top. Dressing on the side. Huge.

So... I'm nervous. I want to rave about how good this little diner is... About how much it reminds me of the little cafe my dad and his 2nd wife owned in my childhood. The only thing missing is a cocktail arcade table with centipede and missile command... My problem is... I still want to be able to get a table here. Lol. In all honesty, I love the food. The staff are great.

Visiting a diner is a great way to start any day. We're so glad that we chose to visit Opa & Oma's. In spite of inflation they've obviously strived to maintain reasonable prices and generous portions. Great first impression to be greeted with an immediate offer of coffee. And good coffee at that. I had the "Egg Thingy" with home fries. Oh my the home fries alone are worth a trip. Delicious seasoning! Very friendly, cheerful staff who were quick with the coffee refills.
