Day or night, this place always has a nice vibe. Friendly owner & staff, flavourful food & drinks ,upbeat DJ and loads of entertainment. My friends & I are here at least twice a month because the food is top tier!

Good vibe and music. Only had the calamari and it was pretty good. Also, had the mule drink and it was good. I would return for a social night out

No one greets you at all when having reservations. It is so dark that I thought they were closed. Came with a large party. Food was not worth the price. I order a drink everywhere I go but $20 cocktails are outrageous. I got the Jamaican mama burger and tasted ok but the plaintain was undercooked and really thick. Gravy was not fresh and not hot when asking for it on the side. Another at our table ordered the Mac and cheese balls and it came with the chefs hair. Still had to pay for it. The server hates her job and has terrible service. Basically, don’t go for the food and so you’re aware the drinks are overpriced.

13 of us went out for Dinner. 4 of us returned our meal. They charged us for food that didn't taste good, look good or flavor. DO NOT GIVE A CHANCE . DO NOT GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY. THE HASTY MARKET SELLS BETTER FOOD

They offer a variety of cocktails and we really enjoyed trying few of them during our visit! We tried the Onyxx Tropical Twist, Pink Passion, Sex in the Driveway, Blue Hawaiian and Lychee Martini. The Jerk Chicken Poutine was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it! Definitely a must-try, for sure! There are so many different menu items to choose from and we can't wait to try out some of their other cocktails and food next time. Service was really good, atmosphere is great and the ambience and decor is really nice! Onyxx is certainly a hidden gem in Brampton!

1st time there this weekend. Appetizers were great. Rum punch delicious. Jerk salmon good but a bit overcooked. Too much Rice & Peas for me. Be sure to try the mash potato rolls with the dip amazing. Spicy shrimps were large good portion appetizer.

We really enjoyed our first visit here. We had the Akee rolls, a chicken burger with fries, wings and pints of Guinness. Oxtail gravy for the fries and Akee was a must.

It's a fine place just not what I was wanting when I went there. Looks kinda like a shady nail salon from the outside, but inside is bright and clean. It's a bar first, restaurant second. So service anyway but the bar is super slow. They also forgot to mention that they automatically add tips to tables of five or more. Food was a good price with nice portions. The gravy tasted weird and was probably old or burnt. The washroom was nice too but the automatic lights turn off after a minute, so you'll be in the dark if not at the sinks. Overall though okay, and although I wouldn't go back myself anyone wanting a drink and some nice finger food should check it out.
