He blessed me with the Torched Tuna Ahi. It was delicious and good portions. I’d recommend pickling vegetables like the carrots and cabbage for more dynamic flavours. They’d last longer as ingredients as well.

loved this! the torched salmon poke bowl transported me back to japan and where i’m from (singapore). the crackers reminded me of the louhei crackers we have during chinese new year in my home country and the textures of the corn, edamame, avocado, salmon, vegetable leaves, brown rice blended so well in my mouth!! it definitely satisfied my cravings. they also give free drinks with every bowl you order! there’s a table outside where you can eat as well. the server was also patient & accommodating

I like poke bowls from ONO Poke Bar. Delisious and fresh ingredients make a reasonable portion to enjoy your meal. There are a couple tables to sit down outside.

Placed an order online for pick up. Everything was done in timely manner. Plus pick up was easy enough. The poke bowl was fresh besides feeling like the rice was slightly dry making the bowl not as appetizing. Wanting more sauce so that it wouldn’t feel as dry. I would come back again.

📍Ono Poké ⭐️8.5/10 What we got: - classic salmon ($15.25) - spicy mango ($15.75) A great poké place to visit when in Toronto is Ono Poké! They have a good variety of options and even have daily specials. You can choose to have a base of white rice, brown rice, greens or mixed. The fish is very fresh and of decent quality. One thing to note is that the menu items that are listed as spicy are pretty mild. **Follow @smfoodd on Instagram for more pictures and reviews !!

Visited on a Wednesday and the special was spicy mango which is what I would have ordered anyways so that was great. The ingredients are fresh and they have all the toppings you'd expect at a great poke place. The regular size bowl comes with a soft drink and the portion sizes are relatively large for the price. There is no indoor seating but it looks like they have patio seating in warmer weather. Happily satisfied with poke from here 🍣🍚

Came on a Monday and ordered their daily special (classic salmon) as well as the eel bowl for take-out. Both came with a free pop. The bowls are pretty big in my opinion and they secured it with elastic bands to make sure the lids stayed on (wasn’t closed shut since it was hot). Staff was friendly and was in the middle of restocking/prep since it wasn’t busy. Super filling bowls. Lots of rice, only thing I didn’t like was that the rice was hot; would prefer a room temp/cooler rice. Both bowls were good, toppings were yummy and had enough to balance the rice ratio. The salmon bowl was a bit too saucy for me personally but good regardless. In terms of freshness, I’ve definitely had bowls with fresher salmon but it wasn’t BAD, not too salty either (despite it being so saucy). The eel was good, at first thought there wouldn’t be enough sauce to mix the rice with but it turned out fine. Overall, both were good but think the hot rice ruined it a bit for us PERSONALLY because would have been more refreshing if it was cooler. Would probably come back to try the other bowls!

Ono Poké recently opened in the Square One area, and being a poké-head myself, I decided to give this place a try. The visuals of this small takeout restaurant are very cute, although it’s immediate neighbour “Hi Yogurt” steals the show (see pictures). I ordered a snack sized Spicy mango bowl, and was a bit disappointed. To compete with franchises such as In a Bowl and Poké Box, you must be extremely tasty. Yet, I found the bowl to be quite simple with no unique touches or flavours added. It is good, but I find that the sauce is only spicy and has no flavour. The mangoes should’ve been blended with the tangy sauce flavour, but instead it feels like two separate parts of the bowl. Nothing special about the other ingredients and the chopped salmon. Overall, there’s lots that can be improved upon, especially for the price of $13.99.
