Today we went to eat it with my husband. The owner was harassing delivery driver to accept the order and treating him like a begger which is unacceptable as a Canadian. I would not advise any one to eat their as they dont treat everyone equal. They dont care about anyone . Disclaimer is go there on your own risk as their is no respect for you.

What a bad restaurant, or maybe it's good, Idk and i spoused to go there but before I get the order i just saw the bad behavior from one guy working at night shift (12am), he is throwing the order for customers like he is giving free food for ppl, and some rude as well.

Ordered a poke bowl with them using Uber eats. Twice now they have cancelled my order and refused to refund me. Uber thankfully refunded me but unfortunately this place is a scam :( My order said delivering in 90 mins, then I got an update that my order would be here in 10 mins, then at the 10 minute mark I got a notification that the order had been cancelled. No explanation. They like to take your money and cancel your order. This has happened to me twice at this location and reading by the reviews this is a common pattern here. Don’t order from here.

Got the salmon signature bowl and it tasted great! There are 2 sizes available, I got the snack size and it was still filling for dinner. Bowl also comes with a free drink. It’s located inside this food hall at the back so there are a lot of options available. It is very limited in seating so hope you get lucky. No wifi.

My favourite Ono location, nice that there's multiple food options like a mini food hall. Always great service and the ingredients are always super fresh and tasty! Super consistent

decent poke bowls if you're looking for something in a pinch but nothing too impressive. i enjoyed the torched tuna bowl while my partner enjoyed the spicy mango bowl. fish would've been better if it wasn't cut up into such tiny pieces, the pieces are smaller than the edamame lol edit: changing my rating from a 4 to a 2 because we ordered again and the amount of fish given was around a tablespoon... they are giving less and less fish, unacceptable

Pros: - Taste was pretty good - Substituted sauce for spicy mayo as I requested - Variety of ingredients and vegetables Cons: - There doesn’t seem to be much of a quantity difference between the snack and large. Seems like it’s just the size of the bowl. - Wished there was more torched salmon - Missing chopsticks - Delivery took an hour when it was supposed to be 30 min

Forgot how good a poke was until I had Ono poke! It has been awhile since I had a bowl of poke but so happy my poke bowl return was from the Ono group’s poke bar! Their fish was just so soft and tender! You could tell it was fresh as can be! The place is situated inside a food hub alongside senryo sushi and cocos making it a one stop shop for your food crawl needs! Service was awesome and got my poke bowl within minutes of ordering.
